Notes:
In the organization of the London tube system there are many different communication barrier being faced
which are follows-
The major communication barrier is the rudeness among the people and this is a barrier because of the
reason that when the people behave in rude and unpleasant way then it is not possible to communicate with
them in effective manner.
Another major barrier is the difference in the cultural background as many people come from the diverse
cultural backgrounds and this creates problem in managing the communication at the festival. Thus, this
may result in miscommunication at the London tube festival.
Another major barrier is the high crowd which is present during the festival and this will affect the
communication taking place in the festival. This is a barrier because of the fact that this will affect the
working of the festival to a great extent.
Communication strategy
The major strategy of overcoming the communication barrier is to make use of the written communication
as this will help all the people coming to the festival and to roam the place in more effective manner. This
is majorly because of the fact that every where within the city area there will be posters and pamphlets that
where they have to go and how they have to see the city. Another major recommended strategy is to make
use of the route map everywhere in the roaming area. This is essential because of the reason that this will
assist the person if they are lost. It is majorly because of the reason that the people have come to London
for roaming to the place and this is essential for the event organizer to place these maps as this will help the
people in finding the way in case of any emergency.
Cultural awareness
This is also very important because of the reason that when the people go to London for visit then it may
be possible that the people belong to some other culture. Thus, the people belonging to other cultures also
visit London for travel and pleasure. Hence, it is necessary for those people for having proper knowledge
of other cultures as well. This is necessary because of the reason that people come from different cultural
backgrounds and because of this there may be issue in managing the different languages. Thus, for this it is
essential for the people to have proper knowledge of the different languages. Also, the people of different
countries may be having different perception, values and beliefs relating to anything so the London people
must ensure that the sentiments and feeling of people coming to the place are not hurt as this will hamper
the number of people coming to the place.
