INTRODUCTION
Employees are the backbone for any business organisation as they operate the entire
business organisation and ensure the smooth running of the business in an appropriate manner.
When the employees ensure the effective working so it is vital to retain the staff as they are the
assets of the company for their long term growth. This report will analyse the way by which
organisation can motivates its staff(Foktas and Jucevičienė, 2021).

will provide them bonus, rewards, extra working hours pay. It is proven that to motivate students

employees as well as give the extra fixed pay on daily basis for the refreshment.
