based on some facts and figures. This type of research is applied when population is large
or sample size is large. There are different methods to conduct quantitative resource such
as correlation research, online service, cross sectional service and many more. It involves
close ended question an is highly in a structured manner.
For the present study, quantitative research method will be used by researcher in order to
get numerical information and also to gain in-depth knowledge about the topic. One of the
main reason behind selecting quantitative research is it help investigator in gaining in depth
information which is based on facts and figures.
Primary research: It is defined as collection of data for the first time and is original in
nature. There are different methods to collect primary information such as interviews,

observation, questionnaire and many more. It is analyzed that collecting primary information
is a time consuming procedure and requires high time and money of investigator.
Secondary research: It is defined as a method of gathering data through past information
or the data that is existing. The different methods of collecting secondary information is
Internet, libraries, magazines, journals, articles, newspaper and so on. Collecting secondary
information consume less time and resources of investigator.
For the present study, both primary and secondary data collection method is used by
researcher. For collecting primary information, questionnaire will be developed by researcher
and to collect secondary information various journals and books is taken into consideration
by investigator. The main reason to select primary data collection method is it help in gaining
in-depth information about the topic.
Sampling: it is defined as the process to select sample size from the total population in
order to gather information about the topic. There are mainly two types of sampling method
that is probability sampling and non probability sampling. In context to the present study,
probability sampling will be used by researcher. The 20 respondents who are the employees
of streetwise services is chosen as participants to collect information about the topic. The
main reason behind selecting employees as participants is they have knowledge about the
policies and ground level working of the organization.
