Mental stress is said to be the main hurdle in the life of student and there are multiple
reason linked with it such as finance, coursework, sleep disorder, health issues and many others.
The project will outline the structure of case study report with the topic on “Poor stress
management in the life of students” (Tollefson and et. al., 2018). The report will demonstrate the
ways in which the stress can be reduced and bring happiness in the life of students. Also, there
are various recommendations which are beneficial for the students in order to relieve the
pressure.

stress impact the students of all backgrounds and stress tends to lead to major issues such as

Academic performance can cause stress levels to rise and when students go to university their
whole life change. One of the main reason of stress in life of students are academic pressure and
its performance which can badly affect mental health. If such stress is not managed then it will

and be in better mood. As lack of sleep, reduces the level of energy and clarity of
