Educational artefacts are considered as the learning objects which is learned by learner
during the specific course of instruction. On the other hand, personal learning as well as
development plan is defined as the process that is related to the self-reflection to self-evaluation
that help in higher education.
The following assessment is based on the case study of “Poor stress management can affect
learning, wellbeing addition to health of a student. It discusses effective means for management
of feeling anxious, stress or nervous”.

Poor stress management can affect learning, wellbeing as well as health of a student
Stress is considered as the term that is related to the feeling of emotional and physical tension
that impact on the personality in negative manner and come out in the form of frustration,
nervousness or anger. The concept of stress management is the technique that is used to control
the level of stress that improve functioning of an individual. There are various strategies,
techniques and tool that help an individual to reduce the level of stress and negative impact on
their mental condition and wellbeing (Hipp, 2020). There are various students in University, who
faces the level of stress that directly impact on their health and personal life as well. If in
condition a student feel stress than there are high chances that they experience cognitive,
physical, behavioural addition to emotional reactions. Physical symptoms of stress lead students
towards muscle tension, headaches, vertigo, increased heart rate and other negative impacts.
There are certain causes of stress among students such as extra and lengthy curriculum practices,
social challenges, transitions addition to homework and others.
University students faces high level competition regarding taking complex as well as
challenging academic courses, getting placement tests, handling extra curriculums and taking life
changing decisions to improve future actions and activities. It is also important for the student to
navigate social challenges that are essential for higher experiences. Students at University feel
stress through various aspects such as several changes in lifestyle, higher workload pressure, new

(Libin, 2017). As a result, if in condition stress results negative affect on the learner’s lifestyle
and restrict them to perform their operations with efficient and effectiveness as well as their
learning, wellbeing and health conditions. It is important for the student to manage the level of
stress, anxious and nervousness that are mentioned below:
Exercising: Exercising is the most important for the student to manage their stress level and
nervous for improving their performance level. Exercising is the activity and action that releases
endorphins which make an individual feel happy. Through taking proper exercising students
enhances the sense of accomplishment and creates positive impact on their mental health and
provide them time to spend with others and outdoors. Exercising is very helpful for students to
treat with depressive symptoms and anxious feelings, instead of taking antidepressants or
therapies (Meredith and Frazier, 2019). Activities that are related to exercising helps through
enhancing health addition and the sense of wellbeing that help them to perform work in efficient
manner. Physical activities such as exercise is very important for student with the objective of
reducing stress level and improve their quality of life. Along with that it creates positive impact
on individual through relieving anxiety.
Talking to someone: Isolation is the activity that created negative impact student’s
happiness, health and learning. To get out from this situation an individual needs proper
guidance, assistance and talking with others that make them feel comfortable and relax. It in
important for the students speak with friends, family who can provide better suggestions to them
regarding their problems. Socialising with others plays essential role in reducing stress level, and
improving wellbeing. Students who are pursuing University course need to visit students and
discuss regarding their problems that they are facing. It helps them to get better solutions and
insight of life in efficient manner. These certain perspectives help an individual to manage the
feeling of stress and anxious.

Getting enough sleep: It is important for students to make proper schedule to balance
their life in proper manner. Student should consider specific time for rest and sleep that enhance
their energy (Seaward, 2017). It helps them to improve their mental health, stress level and
wellbeing. Relaxing before going sleep helps students to gain quality of sleep that refreshing
then next day as well. Maintaining and following routine of sleep enables an individual to
become calms, improves concentration, regulates mood that also help to deal with the feeling of
stress nervous.
Time management: Time-management is the most important thing that is important for
the students who are pursuing a specific course in University. If students are not able to manage
their time than they feel stressed. Time management technique should be used by students to
