Dear Recipient Name,
I am writing this letter to make you aware of the findings of the article on which the peer-
review was conducted. According to the analysis which was conducted on the student before the
beginning of semester 54 students were chosen for the stress analysis as well as fat assessment.
From the end of the registrar Grade Point Average was obtained. In order to measure the change
Paired t-shirts were used from the beginning of the semester. It was observed that due to stress in
females leads to increase in weight and fat. GPA was examined in negative ratio when the
conflicts arise with the professors. It was concluded after the results of the analysis that there are
more chances in females to increase in weight and fat due to stress. Due to stress hormone which
is also known as stress hormone starts secret in the body during the stress. This hormone is the
reason behind the gain in weight (Mansperger, Morgan, & Ludy, 2017). While in the other study
which was conducted for the awareness of quality of sleep, achievements associated with the
academics and psychological functions amongst the student of university. The main aim decided
for this study to analyze the quality of sleep amongst students of university. The study
performed for the analysis was termed descriptive study employed under the sampling method
for hiring the participants. In the student 310 students participate out of which 298 completed
their questionnaire appropriately. It was observed that almost 48% of the student who completed
their questionnaire of the analysis was found with the poor quality of sleep as they were suffering
from a high level of stress. The outcome of the analysis reflects that the score of the sleep quality
was connected with the perceived level of stress along with the risk of psychopathology. I can
conclude on the basis of these reports that when the stress of academic rises on the students it
potentially affects their sleep and its quality. This will impact their academic performance and

students have to face consequences that are related to their mental health. I found that the
cognition and comprehension of the students are affected in negative manner. If the quality of the
sleep in the students will raise it will lead to the issue of depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts,
and interpersonal conflicts. However the right amount of stress is helpful in providing positive
impact at the beginning of first semester it is usually found that students take high amount of
tension and that creates mental health issues to them. I want you to look over the results which
were obtained and forward to the concerned department so that these issues can be minimized
(Seun-Fadipe, et. al. 2017, April).
