INTRODUCTION
Project management is essential process that helps the organization or project
management team to start, plan, implement and close a project according to specific
requirements. The consideration of project management approaches also help to manage the
work and meet the time schedule. The current project is about development of online
information system for Stud Farm in the rural communities of New South Wales. The Stud
Farm is growing with rapid speed and offering the breeding services. Now, the organization
is facing issues in booking of services and payment option using the phone and email. The
report will develop plan for increasing the accuracy and efficiency of existing manual system.
The project management organization Globex will develop software for Stud Farm to meet
their goals and objectives.

The project of developing online booking and payment system is beneficial for Stud
Farm to increase the accuracy of information flow and managing the data about the
customers. The online booking and payment information system will help organization to

breeders will get information about availability of services and entry of horse. The goal of
project is to overcome the manual errors and issues in booking of the services. The
