For the online stud farm project the rank one area of impact is the strategy. The
identified following two types of values for the strategy are better and faster. Based with
the number of frequently changing consumers of the stud farm, the strategy should
improve and project manager is responsible to make it better than the existing one.
Initially the stud farm had a manual data management system which was not efficient
and fast. It is expected that with the successful implementation of the online booking
system the overall service will become effectively faster.
Develop an appropriate metric - this sets the target and expectation of all the stakeholders.
It is important to determine a quantitative target that needs to be expressed as a metric in
terms of an increase or decrease of money.

After analysing the details of the online stud farm management system project it has been found
that, the project will be successfully completed within 7 months and the budget estimated for this
project is $50,000. Additional budget is also prepared for external resource if required by the project
development team. It is also assumed that, that besides online interface there will be a mobile app
also to offer the customers anytime and anywhere booking.
Constraints
For this project triple project constraints are selected that are time, scope and budget. It is expected
that, the project will be completed within 7 months with a budget of $50,000. The company will be
able to offer a mobile app also besides the online booking system. Due to this the consumers can
book as per their requirements any time and from anywhere.

Proper resources and stakeholders are signed for the successful implementation of the project
within $50,000 and 7 months. Though the project will be completed within this time phase but still a
guarantee for 17 months will be given for the online booking system. A mobile app is also developed
with supporting GUI to offer the consumers all time booking opportunity.
