Critique the given database on the personal experience
Here, it is really good way to represent the data regarding books, students and storing
large amount of information within database. I have been observed that each student provide the
unique identity number. It is useful for student to issue of particular books but require to follow
the specific procedure in step by step manner. The student who have submitted the books last
semester and earned 100 marks on his own critique. The excel information would have been
even better if student can easily access to check the availability of books through online medium.
I have understand that summarized the each and every data of students, books and then
composite in tabular format. So as maintaining the internal validity, student have provided the
suggestions regarding selection of appropriate books. As per my view, not only student know
about the information of books but recorded the details of return or issued.
As I am thinking about the “Book” database where consists of different entities such as
Book title, Book ISBN, Author of Book, publisher, issue data and expected return data. I have
been identified different attribute for collecting large amount of information in rows. Another
way, I have been considered the “Student” database where consists of different entities such as
S_id, S_name, DOB, Contact_No, book issued and return date. According to my experience, I
have realized that suitable for different students, accessible information or data within particular
database. I have found that should contain unique value so that it become easier for categorizing
the each and every students. Furthermore, I have been examined the include additional field
within book database such as “Booked issue by borrower “. On the other hand, “book issued id”
is added into Student database. I have realized that adding more entities for establishing the
relationship between “student” and “book” database. As per my opinion, I have found that
identifying the weakness when “book Issued id” is not mention in the “Book” database but added
into “student” database. I have believed that represent the ‘error’ during execution. This is the
weakness of current database. Another way, when I have mention the “Book Issue id” into both
“student” and “book” database. it would be developed the relationship between them. According

to me, it may consider as strength for resolving the any issue within data management.
Otherwise, increasing the redundancy or duplication within database.
In my personal experience, the purpose of critique was to determine the possible
difference in database because it consist of large amount of information or data. Critically, I have
mention that database scale were given in variety of setting. As per justification, I could present
the internal validity in that student might have been entirely focused on the established the
coordination with other person regarding the books. Furthermore, I have been representing the
idea about of entire student and book database. In this way, it become easier for categorizing the
different entities on the basis of their field.
