Risks
(What could go wrong, and how you plan to mitigate any major risks?)
1. Risk of not completion on time- For this a proper schedule with details will
be made.
2. Risk of improper working on cloud computing- For this, a proper analytical
study of cloud computing service coordination will be evaluated.
3. Risk of poor task coordination- Proper allocation of time and activity review
will be done.
4. Risk of unacceptability- For this a proper prototype test through students and
staff will be conducted and according to their view the necessary changes will
be performed.
