STUDENT SUCCESS IN LEARNING
Supportive essay:
This had been an excellent opportunity for me to understand the impact of the
different skills and intelligences that I have and I need to further develop. I had a very basic
idea regarding the skills I had and the skills I required to develop in order to be able to
enhance my professional as well as personal competencies (Elbaz, 2018). First and foremost,
I discovered a few key strengths that I have which has helped me understand the scope of
practice that I can attempt for and the possible growth statistics. My results indicate that in
terms of personality spectrum, I am very organized, focussed and dedicated which entails that
I will be committed to my professional responsibilities. Although I still have room for
improvement in aspects of having an adventurer attitude in me which restricts my risk taking
tendencies (Cottrell, 2015).
In terms of intellect, I discovered that I have many strengths such as analytical power,
interpersonal power, and verbal communication. However, I also suffer from low
mathematical and intrapersonal skills, which indicate I need to invest more effort in these
sectors to avail better opportunities in the future. I had been pleasantly surprised to find that
justice, compassion, optimism and equality are my values. I would like to mention in this
context that developing into an educator or a child counsellor, it is very important to sustain a
set of open-minded and optimistic take to life and be encouraging to the children and their
unique differences and I believe these values will be of extreme benefits to me (Elbaz, 2018).
Although, my study practices are mainly focussed on night and in singular setting, although it
can be deemed detrimental to my health and lifelong wellbeing if I continue late night
reading and sleepless nights. In terms of interests and hobbies, writing, reading and creative
arts are my strength, which will help me become a creative and integrative educator engaging
in creative and innovative learning activities with my students (Stronge, 2018).

STUDENT SUCCESS IN LEARNING
Considering the financial aspects of my life, I am not a person who relies much on the
credit card facilities and I only use the facilities for urgencies and having clear trust that I can
repay the amount. The results of the financial lifestyle activity, 4 of the answers to the five
questions had been a, which indicates that I am financially stable and a responsible spender. I
had been pleasantly surprised by the new also as I don’t yet have a savings account I would
be utilizing three strategies to better manage my money. Firstly, I would be reaching out to
my parents and peers for suggestions regarding different savings options. Secondly, I would
be reaching out to a financial expert for a professional advice. Thirdly, I will be opening a
savings account to ensure I am systematically saving my money for my future. I believe I am
not a thoughtless spender, and hence I am not at risk of financial instability in the near future.
Although, the lack of having a savings account is a major concern as of now and I will be
taking conscious efforts to address the concerns (Sherraden & Ansong, 2016).
