Introduction
In terms of dictionary definition of the word "educate" is to provide schooling in terms of
mental and moral level based on instructions. But if we talk in the real terms, does it really
mean so? In order to attain education is it necessary that a person should be molded and
guided by a teacher, or education can be attained in terms of "Self education."
What does It mean to be Educated
“What does it mean to be educated” is a statement that has a deep psychology behind it,
which can change the meaning in the real world by the experiences and the situations that are
faced in life. In the real terms educated means to create innovativeness by adding creativity
and imagination. The meaning of being educated in real words is to create a democratic
society in which the goal is to create a system that will help in achieving the intellectual
education.
To be mean educated means is to get learning, but learning cannot be temporary, it should be
in permanent terms. As it is stated by different scholars that learning is a continuous and
permanent. As we grow in our life, our learning will also grow in continuity which is based
on our experiences that we learn from our life.
To be educated means, that we will have care and respect for all the members of society
irrespective of caste, creed and all. An educated person will always take care of societal
values and preserve the values that will be inherited by the family.
