Introduction
The system designed for enrolment number of students in the National University at the time of
taking admission. It is defined as the combination of all different extra activities which are
containing with having their own involvement in the admission process and combining
integrating with them. It is very beneficial for managing the different extra curriculum activities
with their admission & being a part of National University. We can also make some further
modification into the existing system by adding some important feature like automated email.
This is purposed mainly for giving the effective way which is helpful for faculty and staff as an
employee by only writing the required data or information. The first page will be containing the
information of the students such as their name, mobile no. And e-mail id and other personal
details too and the available student id in the COE. In the second page, students had to choose a
particular option like arts, accounting, information science, etc .

Important System Capabilities:
Student Information:
In this information of student management system is categorized & having some important
student credential like name, address, mobile number and email address which is unique
identification. The data which is entered used for storing the information and credential. Each
data is stored is managed by storing student information table. After authentication of credential,
we have to move to the forward next page by taking major selection.
Enrolment of Major:
At the page, major is used for selecting & liking the student. It is also checking majorly for
registering the user. Just take an example like, he or she can register into computer science, arts,
and commerce & so on. There is mainly four streams like engineering, finance, law &
architecture as mentioned into the page.
Term Selection:
After completion on section & verification of major, the student is having the rights of term
selection major from 3 – 4 different fields. Student is allowed to select their class and class time
from the different term class time showing in given radio or select button. It is used for selecting
the students if there are more than 40 student’s courses.
Review of Information:
The system verifies the details of that are entered by the student and cross verifies the
information with the availability of the seats and the specialization list. The user is also provided
with the chance to verify the information entered in the enrolment form before proceeding for
payment.

Payment Options:
in this page payment which is allowed for provided for using which payment completed by the
student as well as family members. It is having the information card details like card number,
holder name and expiry information which is required for the further proceedings.
Overall performance review:
The major capability of the system includes the development of the report displaying the overall
performance of the student and displaying the areas of excellence & interests as well as the areas
of improvements.

Business Benefits:
The complete system which is online plays an important for anyone institute in the sector of
finance. Students will be signing up with the information which is made with database
requirement for containing the information of students. With the online system, any of the
institutes can invest as a single system used for integrating all different information. It is very
easier for connecting it with the help of connection in between different organization. The major
advantage for this is that communication, cost of project & connection with saving by applying
& utilizing the student online enrolment system. Most of the analytics are maintained for future
purposes in which student are enrolled by taking some wise important decision & giving the
profit to the organization.

Software Requirements:
Here, below are Software requirements which are important with respect to their enrolment
system and these are as follows:
 The database is as MySQL
 Operating System is a Windows 7/8/10
 Programming Language is as Java
Some other major information is also required for getting the data like the credentials of students
an the institution. These all major course are taken by them. The database is the very first most
requirement for entries while designing the software and it is having different data tables like
student info, department, subjects, faculties, etc. major table is selected by the respective user as
a student ( Plaza, 2016).

Stakeholder Map:
Stakeholders are defined as the entities which are participating in the event by concerning
regarding profit. At the time of stakeholder, it is having participation in term of student, staff,
and faculty & bank account details. By completing the enrolment management system, it is very
beneficial for students with providing the simple interface which is completed at a single
instance of time.
There is a queue in different mode offline & online which is easy to enrolling for National
University. Staff is another member of stakeholders because there are having the possibilities of
reducing the efforts for staffs. Another stakeholder is a bank, however, student has to pay the
availability in term of transaction mode.
There are mainly two types of Stakeholders in the current scenario:
 Internal stakeholder
 External Stakeholder
Internal Stakeholder: They are the stakeholders who are working within the organization
internally like students, staff & faculty members. They have required the daily basis work on that
user can provide the details user system. For enrolment system, the main internal stakeholder
will be students, staff, the system developers and administration of the National University
that will use this system directly.
External Stakeholders: They are those stakeholders who are not worked on a daily basis. They
are usually having a strong major interest area for earning the profit from this online system. Just
take an example of bank management, this is the external stakeholder who is getting the profits
from this enrolment management system. For the current scenario of the National University, the
main external stakeholders will be the head of the National University, the business
coordinators of the university and other people like the parents of students and the
financers (Eskeord, and Larsen, 2018).

Broad feasibility of Project:
The project which is completed is as the enrolment management system for the National
University. Project is having different scenarios with the different risks in all the sectors.
Feasibility Mode of Project:
 By making this project online it is required that there should be the main server who is
managing all another different system by connected them via a primary management
server by storing information into a specific storage location.
 It is used for the reducing the different efforts of students, staff & faculty members of the
National University by giving a portal with an application which is having automatically
registering by using credentials for selecting course majorly (Vallero, 2019, p 741-755).

Risk of Project
The requirement of the technical person having proper knowledge for operating the main server
to solve the errors that have taken place can be cured as soon as possible by the National
University.
We need a firewall to protect the payment gateway which should be provided by the security
provider. The system which is dependent on the main server will not be working if the main
server turns down multiple copies of the main data should be done before to restore the lost data
in case of any issue occurred to save it from unauthorised user only one user should access the
Admin Panel (William, Oehmen, Stingl, and Geraldi, 2019).

Project Outcome
Here, are the project outcome for this project which is on the completion of the project.
 The basis of this project is done by the enrollment system of National University
 This system will help to store information regarding students who are willing to enroll in
the National University
 Each page of the system illustrated by below points
 The first page will be containing the information of the students such as their name,
mobile no. And e-mail id and other personal details too and the available student id in the
COE
 In the second page, students had to choose a particular option like arts, accounting,
information science, etc . This will be continued by the third page
 Now on the third page, the student has to select three to four courses in their selected
major according to their priorities.
 This will be continued by the review page in which any mistakes can be corrected
 After confirmation of this page, the next page is of pay portal in which payment can be
accepted by debit card or MasterCard.
 The entries like cardholder name, card no. and the expiry date of the card should be
filled
 After the payment is completed the next page is about class schedule and the address of
the departments to which they have enrolled.
