Introduction
This report is going to discuss the storyboard diagram and the drill down diagrams that are
made for the graphical understanding based on any use case diagram. For this project, a
student enrolment system is designed and the use-case diagram is provided. To understand
that use case diagram, interfaces are used. After that, drill down report will be constructed
from the project. This report will be able to define a particular case of a use-case diagram.

Interface Description:
This screen is the user login screen from which the students as well as the staff or faculty
members of the university using their unique ID and the password. After entering correct
Unique ID and Password into this page then the student or Tutor will be able to log in and
open their portals accordingly (Sarangdhar, 2018).

Using this particular interface the system will be able to let the user enter their credentials of
the university so that they can enter into it. Using this screen the user will be able to
accomplish the following goals:
 Login to their portal using their unique ID and related password.
 Access the student enrolment system for further quality related to editing user details,
payment, and view courses (Zeng, 2018).

Dialogue
System: What would you like to do?
User: I would like to view available courses.
System: Okay. Available Courses according to your details are, ITC504, ITC508, ITC561.
Which Course would you like to choose?
User: Provide me details of ITC508.
System: ITC508 will let you develop skills and knowledge using object-oriented analysis &
design techniques. SDLC, modelling and design, Object-oriented analysis, and diagrams
creation are covered using UML or Unified Modelling Language in this course.

Interface Description:
This screen will be able to select the course or view the courses in the student enrolment
system. Here the system asked the user that what he want to do after logging into the system.
User replied that he wants to see the list of available courses. For this, the system selected
‘View Courses’ into the Course tab.

Using this particular interface the system will be able to let the user choose what they want to
do and the follow up the demand or requirement of the user. Following are the capabilities
that the user will be able to use.

 Choose any of the tabs like Student, Payment, Enrolment, Courses according to their
choice.
 Here, the user has chosen Courses tab to view available courses.

Interface Description:
This screen will be able to select from the available courses according to the student details.
Here the system asked the user that which course he want to choose after opting view
courses. User replied that he wants to access the ITC508 from the available courses. For this,
the system selected ‘ITC508’ to choosing any course section.

Using this particular interface the system will be able to let the user choose which course he
want to choose after opting view courses and the system will follow up the demand or
requirement of the user. Following are the capabilities that user will be able to use.
 Choose any of the courses like ITC504, ITC508 and ITC561 according to their choice.
 Here, the user has chosen ITC508 to get its details.

This screen will be able to show details of the ITC508 course. Here the system asked the user
that if they want to pay for this particular course and take entry in this ITC508 session. User
replied that he wants to pay for the ITC508 from the available courses. For this, the system
selected ‘Payment’ into the choose any course section.

Dialogue to Story Board (Part-2)
User: Payment using Credit Card.
System: We have a credit card payment option for you. Please tell me your Credit Card
number, Name on your Credit Card, Expiry Date of your Credit Card and CVV or Card
Verification Value.
User: 4647-3784-2383-3497, Muhammad Hunain Nasir, 06/22, 788.
System: Details are under verification process. Would you like to confirm payment?
User: Yes.
System: Payment Confirmed.

Interface Description:

This screen will be able to select from the available payment methods according to the
student choice. Here the system asked the user that what he wants to use in payment tab. User
replied that he wants to pay using Credit card payment method. For this, the system selected
‘Card details’ into the payment tab.

Using this particular interface the system will be able to let the user choose how do they want
to pay for the course and the system will follow up the demand or requirement of the user.
Following are the capabilities that user will be able to use.

according to their choice.

Interface Description:

This screen will be able to select from the available payment methods according to the
student choice. Here the system asked the user which payment method they want to choose
for the payment process. User replied that he wants to use Credit card payment method. For
this, the system selected ‘Credit card’ into the choose card section.

method they want to use to pay for the course. Following are the capabilities that user will be

Interface Description:

This screen will be able to get the card details of the user by this screen. Here the system
asked the user about the credit card details like name, card number, expiry date and CVV
number. User entered details to pay. For this, the user selected the ‘Pay button’ into this
section for payment.

Using this particular interface the system will be able to let the user enter his payment
credentials of a credit card. Following are the capabilities that user will be able to use.

Interface Description:
Both of these screens will be able to confirm the payment for user’s course. Tapping on yes
means that the user is confirming the payment. Here the system asked the user that if they
really want to pay for the course. User agreed for the confirmed payment and the payment is
confirmed in another image. For this, the user selected ‘Yes’ in the alert box, into this section.

Using this particular interface the system will be able to let the user enter his payment
credentials of credit card. Following are the capabilities that user will be able to use.
 Confirm the payment for the course ITC508.

Drill Down

Interface Description:
This screen will be able to introduce the user or the admin about the available students that
are connected to a particular course which they are using. This screen introduces a list of all
of the university students along with their student ID their paid fee and due fee also total fee
of the course. When admin wants to get more details about any of the student then they just
have to tap on the student ID of that student whom they want to explore. As a result of that
tap, a drill down menu will appear which will show the details of that following student
(Jääskeläinen, 2016).

Using this particular interface the admin will be able to get to know about the transactions
that have been going through date wise and also they will be able to see every student’s
pending fee, paid fee and also total fee. Following are the capabilities that user will be able to
