I (name of the person) a student studying in a University of Canada is writing this letter to
request you for more living expenses as the fund that I am receiving from your organisation is
not sufficient to bear my expenditure.
As the university fees and travelling expenses are quite high, I am facing difficulty in
managing the fund that is offered by your organisation as a result of which my studies are
being hampered. I appreciate the effort that you people are putting to help students like us
meet the necessary expenditure; however, it is difficult to manage with the money that you
are offering me. The money that you are offering me is only covering my educational
expenses, whereas I need more funds for living and travelling expenses that will be helpful
and beneficial for my daily use. The fund offered to me is not fulfilling my living
expenditure, I am not able to give the rent of the room; neither do I have enough money left
by the end of the month.
I recommend you to schedule a meeting with me as soon as possible so that we can discuss
the issue, and this will also help in making the appeal process quick. To further make the
