can be taken up by the Student Job Search Hub (SJSH), is to be discussed. The primary
challenges that the job hub is facing are identified and analyzed. The job search hub has done a
survey amongst the university students in order to come up with better organizational efficiency.
In this regard, the primary data collected through the survey, as well as the secondary data have
been taken into consideration and the necessary and possible solutions of the issues are provided
