formation must be relational so that they could interpret its meaning with best possible
outcome. The teachers nice to put emphasis on providing good listening skills to the students
by I focusing on delivery, extent and language . this could be done through making much
involvement of students in in the lecture which means a teacher should not continuously
speak without knowing whether the students are understanding the topic or not. So that, they
need to ask questions frequently to analyse what they have learnt during the lecture. It will
surely a good move towards building listening skills of student. Also the teacher need to
provide interesting modulus and lecture sessions on revised basis so that student will take
interest in listening. A good and accurate pronunciation is required in order to deliver
messages and lectures with short and concise sentences that would enable easy understanding
and logical flow of understanding (Mahmoud, and Ahmed, 2020). The teachers must indulge
students in critical group discussion in which team member will present prompt reaction on
the topic by listening to one person's aspect. These strategies will promote easy and effective
of building listening skills among students that helps them in career growth as well as make
them understand about what needs to be done.
During my listening skills process, I found many challenges at initial level as sometimes I
could not able to recognize vocabulary and word pronunciation which has made the issue in
identifying the actual concept. Also I have an issue regarding not taking interest in too boring
and complex to understand. But I analyses that only by listening I could improve my
vocabulary as it is fact that the more I will listen the more I could used to identify the
meaning and keep me active about different areas of delivery and accent (Pei, and
Suwanthep, 2019). Therefore, in my academic contact I faced challenge in focusing on long
time lectures and Put concentration into vocabulary and standing as it is one of the most
boring task I found but as the time goes and I started feeling lack of knowledge and not a
certain in creative and competitive skills I started listening to news and other motivational all
aspects so that I could improve my listening skills and it works a lot in making my interest
into listening as now it give me curiosity to analyses different areas in which I could enhance
my knowledge and be a good listener. Also sometime I fail to solve problems of my friends
and colleagues who make me feel useless as because of my listening skills and I could not
able to understand the problem thoroughly.
