enhance the rate of participation and engagement of understudies in class. Furthermore, the

improved in their professional development procedure.
One of the main analyses that have been done in this report incorporates the reason as to
why the understudies miss their lectures. In this assignment the researchers investigate the ways
in which the students get empowered. It also recognizes the reasons that convince them to attend

Problem Definition
When a student is attending a lecture it is very difficult to pay attention continuously to
what the educator has to say at a prolonged period of time. The sense which is used to imbibe the
knowledge that is being impacted by the educator mostly is dependent on the ears, which is
known to be a lazy organ. Hence, the educator has to engage the students in new and unique
way. Motivation plays a very important role in this aspect as the students have to be enthusiastic
towards a subject only then the student will be able to gather the attention.

Conclusion
One of the main reasons that is observed by the researchers while making this report
analysis is that the lifestyle choice and the personal behavior of the student is directly affecting
the way a student behaves in the class. The interest of the student in a particular subject is also
responsible for the attention span they have for a particular class. For instance, a person who is
interested in organic chemistry may not be interested in organic chemistry and hence the
attention is low in the organic chemistry class. Another pattern in the choice of the students that
has been identified in the primary research is the way of presentation in the class, the students
have said that they pay most attention of the class is presented with the help of charts,
infographics, graphs, flowcharts and representative symbol. Basically this means that people
want to engage the sense of sight as well as hearing in the process of learning. This also helps the
student in retaining the knowledge that has been provided by the educator in the class. The
observation that has been made in the process of the survey is that the behavior a student
displays in the class is not dependent on whether he or she is a part tine or a full time student.
The health of the student, the environment of the class the relationship the student has with the
lecturer is all dependent on the way a student behaves or plays attention to the lecture. There is
further scope of research from the perspective of an educator. It is equally important for the
lecturer as well to put an extra effort in the classes.

Recommendations
In a class while a lecture is in progress there are two kinds of dynamics in play, the
student’s attention plan and the lecturer’s capability to gather the attention of the student. It is
significantly important for a lecturer to understand that imparting education is a skilled way of
communication which is aimed towards a particular direction. The lectures can include more and
more engaging elements like it should be interactive with interesting and more visual elements to
the lecture. The students also should participate in conversations and just not concentrate in
listening and not understanding. The lecturer should make sure that all the students are
interacting. There should be activities in the class as well and these activities should be at least
more than twice a week. The educators should come up with ways of explanation in these
activities and interactions. The students should feel connected with the educator in a class, the
teacher should be presentable and appropriately dressed in order to not only demand respect but
also have an engagement with the pupil. If the option of white boards is available in the institute
the lecturer should make use of it in showing the student relevant audiovisual content. The
assignments that are given to the students should also be at par with what is taught in the class
and should not be like a burden to the student. The educator should also be able to recognize the
students who are not interested n the class and engage them more.
