The covid-19 may create various factor which may contributed with risk to the student
nurses and also raise the issue of stress and anxiety (Swift and et. al., 2020). Therefore, the
knowledge, perception and preventive behaviour show the consideration which is related with
the planning of effective educational intervention for the disease which is related with covid-19.
The rise in the cases of covid-19 may show the fear among the general population and student
nurse also perceived the risk and fear of covid-19 due to the drastic change in the rate of
mortality and morbidity (Tang and et. al., 2021). The long term effect of the covid-19 may cause
the complication which is related with isolation and withdrawal from the social group and
community which may generate the issue of stress and anxiety among the student nurse (Alsolais
and et. al., 2021).
In addition, the perceived risk of covid-19 infection that is associated with the student nurse
during the work placement is higher. The student is used deal with the patient in order to provide
them proper support and care. In addition, they show physical contact with the patient in order to
provide them appropriate support and care (Kregar Velikonja and et. al., 2021). However, the
covid-19 may show the aspect which is related with the risk of infection where patient require
attention for their treatment. In addition, the student nurse used to face the issue due to the risk of
infection and perceived the level of stress due to the anxiety. In addition, the questions are
discussed below which is related with the above justification (Begam, and Devi, 2020).

the student nurse within placement, yes or not?
