THE GRAPHICAL REPRESENTATION OF STUDENT PERFORMANCE
ABSTRACT
The graphical representation of the student performance is the project, design to help the
student and the Admin as it is easy for the students and the Admin to get the data of
percentages and the attendance graphically. The graphical representation is a very effective
way to understand. Students and Admin may view the data by just pressing the button. This
system preserves the database to store all the data of students so, the data will not lose. Easily
search and add the data without wasting much time.
INTRODUCTION
The graphical representation is used to analyze the data numerically. It is the type of graph
like a chart which is used to represent the data statistically in the line and curve form across
the plotted surface. The graphical representation is used to show the performance of students
graphically and it is connected with the database so, it is useful for the juniors also(In text:
Your Article Library, 2019).
MOTIVATION
Previously all the information of the student entered manually in the register and was saved
in the records. It will consume a lot of hours in searching & adding the data of students and a
lot of physical efforts also required. Sometimes, there is a chance of data loss and there is no
maintenance of data.
SYSTEM STRUCTURE
Software Required
My SQL 5.6,Netbeans 8.0.2 , JDK 8, HTML, SQLYog , CSS and JavaScript.
The language used – Advance Java
Hardware Required
Hard disk used – 5 TB or more.
Processor – i5 8 generation

SYSTEM WILL PERFORM FUNCTIONS
1) It will help the student to easily get the performance and easy to understand.
2) It will easy for Admin to add, search and remove the details of the students from the
system(In text: Anon, 2019).
REQUIREMENTS OF USERS
1) All have the account to log in the system.
2) Have the operating system like Windows 8 or Windows 10.
ADDITIONAL FEATURE
1) The student's details can be updated without any physical efforts.
2) Admin and Students will login in the system.
CHALLENGES
Manage to store all the details of students and for designing the GUI for users in the
application & to connect it with the database is the major challenge.

In the “GRAPHICAL REPRESENTATION” application, fulfill all the requirements of the
admin and the students for searching, deleting and adding the details of student’s grades and
the attendance. This application consists of a GUI for the users to manage the data efficiently.
It will reduce the physical efforts of the students as well as the Admin. It is connected to the
database to store the information of students and also provide the backup.
