allows to focuses on the growth and development especially on personal as well as professional
growth. In this report there are several skills that can be focused such as academic, research,
communication, leadership, time management and many more.

Academic writing has been beneficials to the human intellectual development which help out in
developing the strong level of skills. The individual needs to have the acquiring the good writing
skills. There is student have need to be acquiring good writing personal skills to have the greatly
encourages there writing the many academic skill. As an individual, the purpose has the writers

manner. To become the excellent level of academic writer, it is important to have the start with
good ideas along with having the clear sense of the audiences, purpose and genre. This tends o

Pestle analysis

Communication skills
Communications skills have been the important aspect in developing the portfolio as to have
regret effective level of communication’s as this will be allowing the people to lead there
satisfying lives at the work and anyone else where. This is about having the active listen singing

Decision making
For taking the effective decision masking which will be engaged in looking on the journey in

This is also providing these types of facilities and benefit in time (Woodard., 2018). On the other
hand, taking the negative impacts as the leaders to make the better decision making as business
aspects in perfect manner.
Self-management
As skills which have the abilities which is allowing the individual to have feeling more level of
productivity doing the regardless of the working environment. This will be helping out to make
there efficiently communicating worth co-workers, management and customers along with right
decision making. This is about you planning the working times and keep the body healthy. This
is helpful in making the work organized have easier to works to get the enhancing the work
better and better chances of being the successful in life (Chapman, Miles and Maurer, 2017).
This is turning out to be important meeting and bring anything by taking the pride who have
really in careers as to have the making the in advance level noticing in proper manner.
Leadership skills- In my opinion i think that it is also skill which is required in professional
growth. I evaluate that i am able to lead a team of 4-5 people which is not sufficient. So, i
need to sharpen my leadership skills so that i can become a great leader. Here, i need to learn
various leadership styles and how it is applied. besides that, as i possess leader traits as well so
i can easily lead team of 14-15 people. i know little about styles but do not have knowledge of
how to apply it and in which situation (Macpherson. and Page, 2020). Thus, this skill is
necessary in professional growth.
Problem skills – in my view this is most crucial skill which is required. Here, it is necessary for
me to solve problems so that my performance is not affected as well as professional growth is

not hampered. The skill allows in analysing and solving problems in effective way. With that it
becomes easy to solve complex as well as simple problem. i realise that my problem solving
skills is to not to high level. I am not able to solve complicated problem and gets stuck in it. so, i
need to enhance this skill so that i am able to solve all types of problems. It will increase my
ability to solve problems and taking effective decisions as well. Also, i must know about process
of solving a problem.
Presentation skills - It is a skill which is required in to present report, presentation or any
other thing to others. So, i think that this is also a essential skill which is needed to be possessed
in individual. i analysed that i am very weak in this skill.. i do not know how present report and
other things. So, i require a lot of improvement and hard work to learn and improve it. this is
because it will help me in making attractive presentation and delivering it. i will learn how
different types of presentation are made and what is included in it. this will be beneficial for
me in my future career and growth. I need to focus on this by making presentation.
Time management skills - this skill is required to complete task in given deadline. Also, it
enables in finishing work and attaining goals in effective way. This leads to improving
efficiency as well. Thus, i found that i am highly skilled in time management skills. I finish
my task on time. but i need to enhance this skill so that i complete work before time and learn
something extra. It will result in increasing my knowledge and making me expert in finishing
work within deadline. Apart from it, by managing my time i will be able to maintain balance
between my personal and professional life. It will help me in attaining my career goals and
objectives (Weldeana. and Sbhatu, 2017).
Conclusion
From the above it can be concluded that in a student’s life there are several skills that are
required such as leadership, academic, communication ,presentation skills that may grown in
their career as well as achieve success in future.
Reflection
It is concluded from the above that as a student i came to analysis that there are several types of
skills that can be required for personal as well as professional development. Such skills needs to
be developed on the basis of future goals. The skills such as Time management skills, problem
solving skills, communication skills, Presentation skills Many more. Thus there are several areas
that needs improvement such as time management, communication, presentation skills as these

can be done by the help of the PDP. It will also focuses on my development as well as achieve
my goals. It is also concluded that strong communication skills also aids to build strong
friendship and in addition to this clear communication assist me so that i can listen the lectures
properly. As in my class several students are also not asking question because they have lack of
confidence. With the help of the clear communication it aids students like me ot get good job as
well as focuses on the collaborative gratitude as well as efforts. Problem solving skills is
consider as one of the issues that are solving logically so that it can gives the mechanism
regarding identifying things and focuses on the actions and fixes them. It is not only helpful l for
the students life but also it will help me and several other students in their adulthood for solving
day to day issues. It can be noticed that Brainstorming is also known as one of the effective tool
that can be used for the problem solving. In above study time mangament is also consider as one
of the necessary things that can impacts the life of the students like me as time plays a crucial
role as time is everything if someone is not good in managing their time that it will creates a
problem for them in future as in exams time me and my friends are facing problem like whether
we have to complete our lecture notes or assignments and in this chaos situation i am feeling
very stressed so vital to manage time effectively. I realised that Presentation skills of a students
also provides a correct body posture and also focuses on that the voice of the student is audible
or not. Report also focuses on the leadership skills where i learn to get manage people and also
learn about various leadership styles. Report also focuses on helping out in improving the
language skills having the good level of vocabulary that falls under research skills as well as
paraphing ability that makes a good researcher.
