views, that provide unpredictable experience to individuals. It enables a person to reflect
their understanding and learning during a specific period of time, where they accountable

Open discussion In current week, I have gained knowledge related to effective communication and time
management, that I prefer to apply further, while studying higher education and
conducting practice related to a specific professional field. I can apply knowledge related
to both areas, in effective and appropriate manner, in both professional and personal
career paths, in term of developing schedule and then move ahead towards completing
any task or assessment, according to timeline. During the lecture, open discussion is the
best activity that has been conducted in the university, where number of candidates are
coming together, for purpose of achieving goals they set, for themselves. It helps to boost
morale and capability to share own ideas with others, so can make it more effective than
the other views, in term of providing direction that shape views and drive the attention of
individual toward thinking more creatively (Wahyuni, Masih and Rejeki, 2018).

Critical thinking is one of
those skills that I need as
a project manager, to
manage activities that will
conduct by the other.
I can apply my knowledge and that is critical thinking, in personal and professional work, in
term of providing creative ideas, and solving issues that put positive impact on my and
others performance. In the recent time, critical thinking is one of those skills that a project
manager requires or tend to develop. The main reason behind development of this skill, is
aim achievement, without making any mistake that lead to decrease chance of project
completion successfully. Critical thinking skill development and utilization will help me to
obtain desire outcomes, which is not that easy for anyone to do that, as it consumes time
and require more power to perform well (Dwijananti, Ruwaida and Mindyarto, 2021).

I develop research and team work skills in this unit, which helps me a lot in varied terms. I
can apply my knowledge related to both skills, in effective and systematic manner, because
of reaching desire outcomes. I can apply both areas related knowledge, when I will plan to
work as a project manager. As they accountable to conduct varied practices and fulfil the
responsibilities given by the high authority. Research skills make me capable to conduct

investigation related to any topic, through which I can obtain information that I will use to
present my work in presentable manner, which is quite essential for me to do that. It helps
to boost my morale and confidence level, that drive my performance toward unpredictable
level. Along with current one, I also tend to apply my knowledge such as team work in
personal and professional areas, when I received a task, for which I need to perform with
other individuals, who also seek to do their best.
Conclusion: On the basis of above discussion, it has been concluded that critical thinking, time
management and other types of skills development during lecture and through units has
improved individual learner performance. The above analysis, has driven my attention
toward areas of development or improvement, which I need to work on after this unit and
these are collaboration, decision making, leadership and negotiation. I need to work on
these two areas after this unit, because of different reasons. The main reason behind
conducting this practice further is to develop myself as a good candidate and productive as
well, who can complete any task, and then present the final outcomes in the way that
other expected from me. For the determined areas, I will work harder in term of selecting
and using strategies that will help me to grow and succeed in any field, whether it is
management or other. It will help to reach desire outcomes and also drive the attention
toward setting new goals, either small, large or medium term, which requires more focus
and attention as well as time that is essential for me to put.
