management, that I prefer to apply further, while studying higher education and
conducting practice related to a specific professional field. I can apply knowledge related
to both areas, in effective and appropriate manner, in both professional and personal
career paths, in term of developing schedule and then move ahead towards completing
any task or assessment, according to timeline. During the lecture, open discussion is the
best activity that has been conducted in the university, where number of candidates are
coming together, for purpose of achieving goals they set, for themselves. It helps to boost
morale and capability to share own ideas with others, so can make it more effective than
the other views, in term of providing direction that shape views and drive the attention of
individual toward thinking more creatively (Wahyuni, Masih and Rejeki, 2018).
