INTRODUCTION
The academic learning is very essential for the individual in order to be attentive as well
as to gain knowledge. The academic learning plays a vital role in the life of an individual
because this helps in developing the skills and knowledge. It is important to learn the aspect of
the business management. This report will include the reflection on the skills which is learned in
the academic learning. Further it will include reflection on the skills and what can be done to
improve better in next semester.

or difficult.
The various skills which are been taught within the classroom are important for me. I
have learned various aspect in my academic course. There are various skills which have been
taught to me such as computer skills, communications skills and many others. Some of them
have helped me in developing my personal growth. This has made the academic learning an
interesting one. There are several positive and negative aspects which are counted in my
experiences. At the starting of week of was able to develop various sources of information which
is useful for developing and analysing the different aspect of learning. I was able to learn and
create various strategies and formats for collecting the information that can be used later on in
order to learn the concepts which are essential for my academics. There are many formats
relating to information technology that helped me to have understanding about the technology
and grab the information about it so that it can help me in saving my documents. The projects
which I produced in my course helped me in finding the information that are related to the topics
of academic writing. The more use of the information technology and computers helped me in
different kinds of academic work such as preparing assignments on excel, word document and
many others. The main skill which contributed in my professional growth was information
technology skill as it helped me in managing my academic work effectively I was able to
complete my task on time. Also , I was able to develop skills which is important in completing
the projects in an effective way. The academic learning helped me in developing a good
researcher. My professor helped me in analysing which information is useful for me in order to
complete my project. The different sources which can be used in order to complete project with a

limited time period was accessing library and many others. I have analysed that there were
various challenges which I have faced in order to complete task. At the beginning I was not able
to identify from where to find different sources of information in order to write the report. The
another important aspect is the communication skills within the team members. The academic
course helped me in developing my career and more of the information related to my course. The
academic learning is important for me because this it helped me in enhancing my skills. I was
able to develop my time management skills and it was challenging for me at the beginning where
I was not able to manage various task on a particular time period. The main task was to submit
my assignments and different projects before deadline.

If I am able to focus on my weak points then I will be able to manage the work in an
effective manner. As the time management was the most difficult part which I need to learn and
manage my task on time, the academic learning can help me in identifying the various aspect
which I am lacking in and if I concentrate on achieving the goals. The use of the information in
a manner such as printed notes which can help me in learning in a better way. The use of the
information from the internet sources while making a good presentation may also help me in
analysing the aspect of the contest with the use of visual pictures.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that academic learning is the most important where
the individual is able to gain more knowledge and develop skills. The use of the various
information technology and developing skills can help the individual in becoming more
confident and this can be effective in getting better academic marks within the university.
