Conestoga Consulting Company is involved in solving the issues that come up in
Conestoga College by consulting. All the departments of Conestoga University is not
equipped with expertise on different genre so they approach to Conestoga Consulting
Company to complete the task that they fail to provide efficiently.
3 clients hired Conestoga Consulting Company who served different responsibilities on the
campus. A survey has been conducted by them that will help them to analyse the present
situation of some activities. Client A surveyed on the proactive skills to determine how
much students are fit for job. Client B is from communication department that surveyed
communication skill of the student that they need to develop to enhance their career. Client
D, Conestoga Student Inc. was involved in surveying Climate Change and Single- Use
Plastic.
Client A is Gurleen Kaur, the Director of Student Success Services is engaged in supporting
students of Conestoga College to make them prepare for the workplace. The director
surveyed to know that whether the students of Conestoga College has the key skills that they
are required for the workplace. This survey was then handed over to Conestoga Consulting
Company to analyse. The main aim of this survey was to know the opinion of the students on
developing these skills along with the opportunities to improve these skills.
Client B is Khalil Ramos, the Chair person of Communication department engaged in
improving the students orkplace communication skills. The department ensured that the
students receive the appropriate training that will help them to prepare for their job. He want

Client D, Miriam Gallardo, President of Conestoga Student Inc. is involved in sponsoring
services, events for the students in Conestoga campus. She wants to analyse the students
opinion on climate change and single –use plastics.
Survey Analysis
After the survey, Conestoga Consulting Company did an investigation on Proactive
Achievement Skills by SWOC Analysis . By analysis it has been seen that on asking the
importance of planning and prioritizing to start a project and decide its importance in the
workplace 50 students out of 88 voted as very important aspect and 21 students out of 88
voted planning and prioritizing as somewhat important. Second question was on their ability
to plan and prioritize task when they started the college to which 75% of the students gave
vote out of which 24 students voted very strong and 25 as somewhat strong whereas when
they were asked about the current ability to prioritize the task out of 77% of voters 46%
chose much better and 31% voted for somewhat better. On asking the impact of college on
shaping their ability to plan and prioritize task, out of 85% voted student 52% gave
significant positive impact whereas 33% gave somewhat positive impact. The next set of
question was on time management. the importance of analysing the completion time of work.
In this category 88% voted out of which 73% voted as very important while 15% voted as
somewhat important. Votes for ability of time management during the initiation of college
has been collected out of 65% voters 31% chose it to be very strong and 34% as somewhat
strong. 73% of voters on current ability of time management 36% chose to be much better
whereas 37% chose to be somewhat better. 54% of 80% voters gave significant positive
response while asked on the impact of college on time management and 26% voted somewhat
positive on this question. From question D and H it can be established that college has
provided positive impact on the student for the Planning/Prioritizing and Time Management.

examine how effectively they handle their time to meet their academic expectations.

common in public organisations; numerous governments have introduced performance
management schemes in the aim of enhancing operational productivity . Nevertheless, their
effect has been rarely checked in detail. This article performs a meta-analysis on the effect
performance management has on public organizations performance. It contributes in three
ways to present-day literature. Firstly, it explores the impact of the performance management
program "normal."Second, it looks at management influence; if beneficial performance
management practices mitigate the average impact. Third it explores the influence of "time"
on the management of results. The study shows a low average impact of performance
management, using 2,188 results from 49 studies. Nevertheless, the effect is significantly
greater when metrics of best practices are used in high-quality studies — management
strategies have a direct impact on performance management systems effectiveness. Evidence
for the time effect is mixed.
