INTRODUCTION
Study skills are those kinds of skills which have been academic in nature for making
studying approaches which makes learning to be applied within them. These skills broadly make
boosts over ability within a person to make study and collect information regarding exams or
topic over which they have been studying. In this management with motivation has also been use
with various techniques to be applied. Scope of these skills is wider as they affect studying with
academic performance within an organization. Nature is dynamic as it hold tendency to affect
over all performance of a students. In this report habit of the students has to be discussed and
why they are important for them is discussed.

A student is a person that gets admission within schools or colleges. This is done with the
motive of attaining knowledge about the aspects to be covered within the course that has been
chosen by a student. In this goals and objectives set for making learning possible is being
achieved by a student. Wider sense it can be observed that student is an individual who with the
motive of learning takes admission within an educational institute. It makes sure that correct
knowledge is gained by them in both practical and theoretical manner. In this engagement with
matter necessary to gain knowledge within every aspects of business. Students within their life
face lot of challenges for which they are required to gain different elements within them.
Various things are there required to be possessed by a student and they are given as follows:
1. Accept Responsibility: It is required by student to develop responsible attitude towards
the work that is given to them. As this makes them deal with various aspects within
which responsibility is prime motive and has to be gained by them. This makes an student
develop confidence to perform task in proper manner (Marens, 2018).
2. Are Self-Motivated: This one of the most important element that has been possessed by
a student weather studying in college or school. Confidence in a student helps in making
them feel more efficient towards the task seeking to be approached by them. Self
motivation is required in student’s life in a way that all kinds of academic activities
requires student to behold various kinds activities which can be performed by self
motivation.
3. Master Self-Management: It is considered to be achieved by student in order to make
sure that disciplined and order is maintain within task accomplishment process.
Management is key to get work done within time specified and balanced manner. So,
management makes discipline to be achieved.
