The primary aim of this reflection is to show my experiences in the course and my
involvement in the group activity that I was assigned. The course equipped me with the
relevant knowledge regarding website creation, designing and development. Due to the
complex nature associated with website development, our tutor put us into groups with each
member assigned different roles which will lead to the delivery of the intended website. I was
awarded the coding section and ensure the overall development of the site. Ideally, my work
involved putting together the various agreed features into codes to make a suitable site.
Reflection:
Becoming a website developer requires patience and a particular set of skills that dictate
professional questioning, (Bailey 2019). Incorporating observations and opinions from the
tutor, team members and random website developers is just part of the development process

and developers in the institution. The tutor was among the most sort after developers in the
region and his rigorous sessions made me think critically and deeply regarding the structure
and elements of website development strategy. In most of the weekly activities, I learned
refined details of coding which enabled me to develop excellent sites consistently. Most of
the actions required close attention to more information, coding clarity, and close analysis
and synthesis of critical issues. In meeting the class requirements, my previous vague and
formulaic coding skills became sharper and consequently, I became a free-thinking and gifted
web developer, (Plumley 2017). The lessons have profoundly helped shatter development
barriers.
