AI Summary
This report explores consumer spending habits related to credit card usage, following a structured research process that includes defining objectives, gathering information, and analyzing data. The research plan outlines activities across six weeks, focusing on literature review, research technique selection, and data collection through surveys. The survey questionnaire, distributed via online social media, targets credit card users to gather both demographic and spending-related data. Questions cover topics such as credit card preference, daily usage, and perceived impact on consumer spending, employing Likert scales and open-ended justifications to enhance data depth. Research process
In order to reach a significant research conclusion it is important that the researcher follow an
accurate research process. It can be said that research process is the bedrock based on which
the researcher determine the approach of the research work in order to accurately study upon
the subjected topic. It can be said that research process will consist of different stages in a
cumulative manner. Reach stages will interrelated with each extracting the accurate study
which will be needed in order conducting the following research process. It can be said that
through the use of effective methodology it is very significant that researcher will able to
extract initial and essential information which will further help the researcher to conduct a
proper and accurate study over the subjected topic. The research process used in the current
research are as follows:

Determination of needs and objective: In order to research on particular subject the needs
and objective for the research are identified to give the process a standard and straightforward
approach.
Gathering Information: The essential information related to the research are gathered to
further proceed with research work and articulate the conclusion based on the information
gathered. This is very significant phase of the research process which determines the research
direction the better quality of information the more accurate the conclusion (Sekaran and
Bougie, 2016).

Analysis: In this phase the information gathered is analyzed to formula informative
conclusion which shred knowledge on the subject topic of the research.
Communication of findings: It can be said that after the data are analyzed they are taken
into consideration from creating a effective research conclusion which communicates all the
findings within the research work which is undertaken by the researcher. Hence the
representation of information and communication of findings should be accurate to depict the
exact knowledge regarding subjected research topic.

Research plan is the module based on which each research process will be implemented
considering the ways in which each process will tend to help the research in conducting an
efficient research process. In the current research the plan is identify the ways in which
people use credit cards for their spending. In this regards data will be collected from primary
sources of quantitative measure which is survey (Bryman, 2016). Data will be collected
through survey of consumers which use credit cards for their spending. The survey will be
based of some demographic question which will check the viability of the information
sources and then some informative question will be asked within the survey to make sure
that effective information is gathered for the purpose of conducting the research. It can be
said that the question for the survey will set i9n such a manner that it will help the researcher
to gain all the essential data and information which will required for fulfill the research
objective for the researcher. Some question will be based on Likert scale of responds while
some will be based on a yes and no based scenario. It can be said that choice of answer will
also be justified by the respondent giving an in depth and fair information regarding the
choice made by the respondent which will further help in data analysis process of the
research (Taylor et al. 2015).

Data analysis and Interpretation
Data analysis and interpretation will be done after the information is gathered from the survey
which will conducted by the research. Data analysis will be done under the descriptive design
of quantitative analysis. The response will be sampled using random sampling method which
then will be used as a tool to know the relevant data and irrelevant data increasing the
authenticity of the data collected through surveys conducted by the researcher in the research
process. The data will be analyzed in descriptive manner that then will increase the efficiency
of the research to provide an accurate conclusion which will shred a broader light of
information on the subjected research topic (Smith, 2015).
Background
Questionnaire will be prepared
The number of respondents will be 105
The respondents will either be credit card users or owners
The survey will be taken through online social media sites to engage large amount of
audience easily and communicate with them through ease of social media communication.
