INTRODUCTION
E-Learning is the process of learning in which education is achieved through the utilization of
technological advancements like smartphones, laptops, etc. Evaluation of several advantages and
key performance challenges of e-learning process has been done in this report.
MAIN BODY
1: Advantages and disadvantages of e-learning
Advantages-
Following are the advantages of e-learning.
Efficiency- E-learning offers several high quality content to the learner through several means
like free books, expert notes and video lectures through which efficient learning can be achieved
(Akachi and Kruk, 2017). Also, e-learning tend to empower learners by providing an ability to
ask their questions directly with the consultant teacher because of which it is highly efficient,
than compared to traditional means of learning. With that e-learning also allows learner to store
large amount of informational books in a reduced space.
Remote Access- One of the main advantage of e-learning is that it is highly achievable through
the means of remote access this happens because learner is able to achieve the required amount
of information through downloading it from the internet and store in the device memory or to
read books or watch video on online platforms. Due to these and more advantages e-learning is
highly productive and accessible by majority.
Affordability- E-learning tends to provide high level of learning experience to the learner at free
of cost or at reduced pricing because of which it is highly work productive and also at the same
time due to increasing market competition the resources required for reading books online is
efficiently achievable (Vainshtein and et.al, 2019). E-learning becomes more affordable because
the internet is fill with good quality of teacher which tend to provide real world experience and
full theoretical knowledge efficiently to all.
Challenges-
Following are the key challenges of e-learning.
Focus difficulties- One of the main key challenge of e-learning is that the free educational
content is mostly full of the distracting advertisements because of which it becomes very difficult
for the learner to concentrate its learning process on a specific task. With that long lessons often

tend to reduce the face to face interactions because of which learner is not able to concentrate for
long on the learning process.
Lack of social interaction- E-learning often tends to restrict learners from interacting from
other, this happens because in traditional learning learner tend to make physical travelling and
because of which has to make contacts and develop efficient communication skills (Luis,
Llamas-Nistal and Iglesias, 2017). But since e-learning can be achieved from the comforts of
home because of which it limits the social interaction and due to which students are not able to
share their ideas and creative thinking with each other for problem solving.
Manage scree time- Increased screen time is one of the most severe challenge which is
associated with the e-learning, this happens because learner has to continuously watch the device
screen which increases the stress level on eyes and develops dryness in eye and generate issues
like reduced eye sight.
2: Experience of e-learning
E-learning is an effective way for learning new skills and knowledge for understanding the core
concepts of various fields and accessing large knowledge base through the means of internet
(Macleod and Kefallonitis, 2017). Due to advantages like this and more the efficiency of my
learning process has increased drastically this happens because through online free mobile
applications, video lectures and easy access to expert notes I can gain sufficient amount of
knowledge which is required for performing a specific operation. Since internet is fill with large
variety of information and majority of them is for free because of which it becomes high efficient
for me to learn new concepts completely free. This free access has empowered me to reduce my
expenditures done on buying or renting of books for the purpose of reading and developing
knowledge base for developing future working strategy.
Depict of several advantages of e-learning there are high level of some challenges which is
making a direct negative impact on the increasing the resistance on the path of learning
(KURİPLACHOVÁ and et.al, 2019). This can be seen in increased stress on eyes and also
headache because of which my learning process is often affected. With that it also becomes more
challenging because of large amount of pop-up advertisements and long non avoidable
advertisements which creates a hurdle in the learning process. Inefficient time management is
also an issue which makes hurdle in e-learning process, this happens because online platforms
like YouTube tends to provide high quality of informational and knowledgeable video lectures

for efficient learning. But it also tends to provide other fields to contents like music videos and
film trailers because of which its often tends to showcase the creative advertisement measures
through which high level of diversion based activities can be seen. Also, the information
provided by the video lecturer is also an marketing strategy and also there are high chances that
the informations which is showcased can be wrong or misleading (Srivastava, 2019). Due to this
it becomes very difficult for the learner like me to concentrate on its desired target rather than
being misguided in the never ending well of entertainment which has no particular significance
in solving the real world problems.
Thus on the basis of experience which is achieved from e-learning I came to this conclusion that
internet is a place which is able to fulfil all the informational requirements for the purpose of
learning (Podsakoff and Podsakoff, 2019). Also at the same time it is also full with several
misleading activities which are more than enough to mislead the learning procedure is also is full
of diversified actions because of which learner like me has to analyse the source before making
engagement with it. Through which I can maintain the authenticity of my learning from the
certified sources.
CONCLUSION
From the evaluation it can be concluded that e-learning is an effective way through which high
quality education can be achieved remotely and freely in such a way that the learner is able to
achieve the appropriate knowledge efficiently such that it empowers it to perform the specific
targeted actions on the basis of gained knowledge and achieve desired target.
ASSESSMENT 2:
INTRODUCTION
Development of the study skills can help any students to control their studies. They all
better organised their schedules and help students to make new challenges as they make progress
in their qualifications. In this report, discussion of various types of reading methods is done that
help the students to make improvisation. Further, elaboration of different types of writing
suggestions that help the students in their projects. How both these strategies can help the
students to make their work more effective.

1:Discuss some strategies that can improve reading ability of students.
In order to prepare all students for their colleges and careers, reading comprehension should
be as part of subject areas. A major objectives of reading strategies and its related instruction
help students to develop knowledge, gain experiences and improve skills. All this factors must
incudes in students so that they become ardent or competent reader. Following are the various
strategies that a students must follow in order to make some improvement in them.
Discussion of Reading Comprehension
Students can witting down in a page to find out about reading comprehension and how it
helps them in improving their reading skills overall. Its essential to know the importance of
reading comprehension so that it become helpful (Usman, Fata ,and Pratiwi,2019). For instance,
students can includes ideas about subjects like setting goals, taking proper notes, asking
questions and making timelines. Moreover, students should need to connect the benefits of
reading comprehension in more practical ways that something relevant like emails or blogs.
Highlight text
Teaching students to highlight all important information whatever they are reading. Students
can also make notes from the text they are reading as it help them to enhance their
comprehension skills and make them to stay focused. Writing down the questions as they read,
as it helps to make more explanation or develop new words. Highlighting the relevant text will
help students to save their time an energy and become more effective in their projects work later
as they don't need to go thorough the whole paragraph.
Re-read text
This is the most common problem that most of the reader attempts and want to skip that part.
Its the thoughts of many student that re-reading a text is a waste of time and they all try to avoid
this while making their assignment. However, this skills is help readers to provides more
clarification in reading and they can easily highlight their mistakes and correct them later. As
result it reduce the chances of mistakes (Yusnaeni, AD & Zubaidah, S,2017).
Use of clues in context
If any reader is try to find clue in paragraph, as a result it help them to decode the words or
easily figure out what a particular meaning of the word. Those context clues are generally used
to figure out how students can read a word with more than one pronunciation like live or read.
Ans also helps in clarifying a word with more than one meaning for example, run, date, clip etc.

It is another method that a students can utilize to improve their reading skills. And sometimes
its helps to easily understand any paragraph if students read out loud so it hear there own voice.
For example, if a person is struggling to get correct directions and doesn't get what actually a
paragraph is saying so this strategy help them to solve the problems. Its also helps in clarifying
things more conveniently (Raba, 2017).
Think before read
Before starting any assignment, students should need to careful or read think about questions
that a paragraph is asking. This strategy helps in developing more clear understanding so that
students know where to focus and when to skim. For example, if the paragraph has lot of details
and more complex words are given, so its important for students to pay attention to only
important details.
Goal setting
It might become essential for students to set goals before they start reading. The goal should
be based on anything like to correctly answer all queries, fulfil objectives, correct understanding
of text. Eventually, at later stage, students should be able to form their own goals like discussion
of the main challenges that students face in their university life. Its sign of good reader that they
initially set goals of whatever that are reading (Muhlisin,2019).
Note Taking
Students must know the importance of note taking skills. Though schools students did not
take notes while doing coursework, but everyone in college, students should took notes in their
textbooks. All students be encouraged to stop reading and should need to take notes of whatever
important they read and write down the facts, main points and arguments. Students can take the
notes in their notebooks and in textbooks as well. All those who are preparing the projects should
highlight essential materials with help of circle and underlining the text.
Visualizing
This strategies might become useful for readers if they are creating mental image, visualizing
setting, or roles and character and help them to understand the passage in any text. It also
improves the skills of students in reading if they are reading from textbooks with images and
pictures, text photos or captions. If a reader tend to visualize the things about what they are read .
As a result of this it help them to remember paragraphs longer period of time.

Summaries
If a reader tries to write the summaries of whatever they have read, than it really saves time
later. It may sounds like to do lot of work, since they need to write the summary of whole
paragraph but later they realise that how much time it reduce in cramming for a test. Eventually,
those summaries become useful for them in doing their course works or projects (Zubaidah,
Corebima and Mahanal, 2018). Later, it also helps the students to ready for their presentation and
group discussions with least amount of preparations.
2:Some suggestions that enhance the quality of written projects of students.
It becomes very important for the students that it tend to improve the quality of its written
projects such that it is able to achieve the desired target by performing a particular activity. There
are several ways through which learner can enhance the quality of the developed written project.
Following are the several ways through which students can make sure that it is able improve the
quality of their written projects and are able to achieve their desired target.
Integrate different topics into the written project-
In order to achieve this student has to make sure that it tends to understand all the required
criteria and factors which are associated with the developing written projects. Thus integrating
the information of several topic student can enhance the quality, however the learner must have
to implement logical and critical thinking for identifying the relationship between topics and then
develop work process.
Visualizing the requirements for the development of concepts
Students must also identify the problems and requirements for which the theoretical concepts
and mathematical approaches have being developed. On this basis students can efficiently
identify the requirements for the changes and by implementing this approach of change in the
written projects the overall quality of projects can be increased and also with that it will develop
an efficient understanding of a topic which will help in developing future work strategies.
Integrating critical point of views for developing written projects
Students need to have complete understanding of core concepts of their learning in such a
way that it can easy identify. The limitations of their learning and on this basis it has to integrate
this learning in the written projects by which it can make sure that the topic is having positive as
well as the negative limitations through this collaborative effort of identifying and implementing
positive and negative criticism the overall efficiency of the develop report can be increased.

increased.
Avoid Plagiarism and use resources carefully
Its vital for students to carefully go through all resources that are authentic and provide
relevant information. It is more likely possible that students might write something that is
already explain by others. So, in order to address this subject while students are writing their
papers despite deal with the issues that are already occurred. In this method, writing handouts on
paraphrasing, quoting can provide guidance to students (Kim, 2018). If the recommendation
persist after the plagiarism than it will become the wastage of time for students as they need to
again go through their whole projects and than make modifications as per the changes.
Participate in reviews
In groups or individually, students should respond and help in each other drafts work. The
suggestions or recommendation they make to their peers or receive from them will eventually
improve their revised versions. The method of reviewing some other work can help students to
improve their abilities. Improve their capabilities to criticize so that they able to revise their own
work. Students should need to give some useful guidelines for peer review, once the criteria for
evaluation will match. Further, to modal this process, it might be possible to lead a full class
review of a sample paper in progress work (AfdaliahUswatunnisa,and Marliana, 2019) .
Introduce the type of writing
In order to write the effective writing, its necessary to acknowledge various types of writing
is it that includes, a book review, lab report or research proposal. Discuss in class about the
successful sample writing that are written by some previous students in the same course. After
applying this method, students should be able to learn about how to write the successful projects
and should meeting all expectations. From examples that they do from abstract, like usage of
resources responsibly, synthesize various points of view and should connect all studies in a
literature review. Discussions of brief excerpts can be provides to students in order to save the

time, but before that its important to review some of the sample papers. So that the sample
should content the various approaches or various points. Otherwise, students think that there is
only correct way of doing projects (Mohamadi, 2018). Another point to consider is that the
students will also go in detail about sample projects and should know what works well and what
is not. Its also important for the student that they review there whole works before submitting
their writing works as it helps them to become efficient and reduce the chances of correction.
CONCLUSION
To conclude, the above report summarised about the most vital skills that students should have in
their higher education that involves two most important skills that is reading or writing. The
report discussed about how all those strategies will help them in completing their projects if they
carefully implement this in their life. For example, with the help of summaries, students would
be easily prepare for their assessment and class discussions. Those strategies can be implemented
as per the capabilities of each students. Further, the report elaborated the importance of good
writing practices that includes integration of some critical points, avoid the repetition of words in
their writing, carefully examine the whole whole works so that its increase effectiveness in their
writing work. Hence, students developed some great skills from the above report and that helps
them in their higher education.
