INTRODUCTION
Skill development is very many needs so that bets future opportunities are gained in the
future. Also, in the present report will discuss four suggestions that are very much needed to
understand certain concepts relating to career in detail. Lastly, experience related to CV will
also be reflected under this report.
MAIN BODY
Choosing four suggestions mentioned above and discussing them in more detail.
Getting the best career is very essential as it would help in accomplishing certain gaols in
the future. Furthermore, some things that has been identified by me are as follows:
Start with a skills audit:
I have learnt that it is very important that proper skill audit is been conducted so that
there is clear identification of skills that are lacking and skills that needs some kind of
improvement (Prokopenko and et.al., 2020). Furthermore, I have realized that analysing the
skill gap is very much essential so that certain notes could be made on the things that needs to be
improved with time. Also, having the set of required skills is very much important as it helps to
take corrective measures on time so that better growth opportunities might be grabbed in the
future. Also, I have learnt that skills audit is not only required in growth of the chosen career
but is very much significant for the own personal growth and development in the future.

Get experience online
I have learnt that working remote is very good for the individual as it helps to learn
various things and also they tend to be develop the competitive spirit through trying out new
things. Furthermore, I have realized that small internships programmes that are done during the
learning period tends to develop higher level of motivation as they are usually paid ones.
Moreover, working on the real projects helps in development of the person on large scale that
is very much needed for the future (Gaspar and et.al., 2018). Also, getting the experience online
is interesting as these are the pre recorded content that provide ease in the working. Further,
these are very much demanded all around the years and international students need not much
worry about ending of the visa or any other such things. Moreover, in the current times when
most of the people have limited time I have realized that it is very much easy to find the
professional training online and learn large variety of professional skills in the easier manner.

Also, getting the experience online is very much required so that new aspects are discovered in
right manner
Connect with peers
It is known that career networks has also been emerged on large scale in the recent times
and it is easier to collect the information regarding various industries and type of work required
in such organisations. Furthermore, conversation with peers would also lead to identification of
the best training opportunities. Also, I have realized that it is very important to remain active
and the follow certain company pages that I like to work in the future so that maximum
efficiency is achieved in end (Kanu and Otemuyiwa, 2019.). Thus, contacting the required peers
department would help in gathering the data that is earlier unknown and would also help me to
decide which things have to be worked upon. Also, such contact with peers would help in
connecting with the alumni society that would help in finding the unfounded resource existing
within ourselves and thus would help in finding the best suitable work in the future.
Focus on skills over setting
I have realized that any kind of voluntary work small or large is very good long term
opportunity for any individual. Also, such kind of work could be done either through organising
any of community events or running any kind of small workshops at specific places. Also,
before organising any such kind of workshops it is very much essential that benefits and
drawbacks of its are clearly known so that systematic efforts could be put to make it successful
on large scale (Cronin and et.al., 2022). Moreover, I have known that through such events I
would be able to develop various kinds of soft and the hard skills that is very much needed to
handle any kind of complex task in the future. Also, I have realized that experience gained
from the home of hobbies is not the right kind but the one that is acquired through carrying out
the actual work is one that is valued in the end.
Personal experience: Are you happy with your CV? Why/ why not?
Throughout the development of my personal CV I have realized that I have drafted well
very about my previous education and my current skills that are required to complete any kind of
job in the future (Kelly and et.al., 2019). Furthermore, I have known that my CV is well drafted
enough that it would the good impression on the recruiters as the required details regarding the
job had been included. However, one thing that I did not like about my CV was that I could
have structured in better format that would have helped my application to stand out from the

other candidates. Also, I might have used the STAR method that would have also helped me to
create greater impact on others and helped me to the quantify the experiences in more useful
manner (Huysmans and et.al.., 2018). Thus, I have realized that having best CV would help
me in easy job search and would help in presenting clear detail to the recruiter about the overall
skills that are existing within the individual that is required to carry out some specific job roles
within the workplace.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that having the proper skills is very essential
so that there is proper growth and development. Also, the report had identified that list of
essential things that are required so that better career might be developed in the future. Lastly,
the personal experience relating to CV had also been covered under this report.

good study skills mainly helps in increasing the confidence and boosting the self-esteem for
attaining the set deadlines on time. This essay provides details about the eight skills which
students mainly develop while studying in the university and their importance in the workplace.

Study skills in the students mainly helps to build the confidence and reduces the anxiety
about attaining the deadlines of the test and achieving the set objectives while developing the
assigned task and assignments on time. With developing the skills for the higher education
mainly assist in controlling the feeling in better manner and staying organised while processing
to attain the degree while studying in the college.
Time management skills
The time management skills are being developed by th students as this helps in
productive using the time and attaining the set task being assigned to the students with
accomplishing on the deadlines (Lawson and et.al., 2019). The student mainly developed these
skills while studying in the university as, when they are required to attend the lectures, attending
the tutorials, preparing the assignments and giving the test at the same time mainly helps
developing these skills in the students while studying in the university. students mainly develop
the time management skills as this helps in improving the grades, helps in managing the stress
and balancing the personal and the professional life.
These skills are transferable in nature and it play very important role in the workplace as
it mainly helps in meeting the set deadlines while completing the task before time, results in
being more productive and delivering the work in better manner. Further more it helps in
providing the job satisfaction to the employees while completing the task on time and building
better career in life with accomplishing the goals before the deadlines. Thus, with developing this
skill and using it in the workplace mainly helps in prioritising the task with scheduling and
ensuring complete all the set and assigned projects before time. This is the best approach to

attain the set deadlines. Furthermore, through proper development of time management skill the
individual are able to concentrate on important things in life in more efficient manner. Also,
time management would help in becoming more responsible in future

while studying in the university there are various decision being taken by the students

2019). As while listening actively to the lectures and the tutorial by the students mainly helps in
developing these skills, as these mainly helps in encouraging to ask more and more questions and
effectively building these skills as to attain better growth in the future career.
Thus, these skills are very important in the workplace as it helps in learning and working
with maintaining effective relations with every individual. Also, it helps in promoting the
performance by eliminating the unnecessary information in the workplace (Demaria, Hodgson,
and Czech, 2018). Also, it helps in maintaining effectively relations with others by properly
communicating in clear and precise manner. Moreover, effective communication would allow

Team working skills
As while studying in the university these skills are also being learned by the student and
it is transferable in nature. Students mainly lean these skills when different assignments being
allotted in the groups as including designing the PPT, designing different activities, playing the
group roles etc. these skills are mainly being developed while performing different task by the
students in the university as by working with others with effective communicating and working
with the shared opinions to establish the common goals while working in the group with the
diverse individuals belonging from the different backgrounds and the cultures.
These skills are very important in the workplace as it helps the individuals to perform
with the groups and diverse individuals in the companies. As while working in the collaborative
manner mainly helps in solving the problems in better manner with attaining the set outcomes
with sharing and working with different opinions to accomplish the shared goals. Further more,
while working in the task the individuals mainly split the task for attaining the solution in the
simpler manner as, This helps in accomplishing on the time in faster manner (Qizi, 2020). Thus,

Creativity and innovation skills
Students while studying in the university develop the creative thinking and learning
skills, the main aim of learning these skills helps in building knowledge and thinking in more
attractive way as to solve all the problems with attaining the best alternative solution for it
(Iordanoglou, 2018). Further more, the innovative skills are also being learned by the students as

Leadership skills
as when the student are learning and studying in the universities, leading skills are mainly
learned by the students as for defining the set of identity, achieving the task in clear manner, and
helps in effectively communicating with others while working with diverse students. These skills
are mainly learned when the individuals participate in the different programs, organises the
events, does volunteering workings, involved and lading the sports and extra curriculum
activities also getting internships. With developing these skills in the students this manly helps in

Thus, these skills are every important in the workplace as it helps in encouraging the

from the internet and the websites. Further more, it helps in building knowledge about the

various new topics with building critical thinking as for brainstorming about the ideas to be used
for solving and attaining the best solution for the assignment being given.
These skills are very important in the workplace as it mainly helps the company and the
organization to develop new products with innovating the products with using these skills and by
adding new features and adopting with responding to the changes. Thus, with developing these
skills mainly helps in finding out the innovative ideas and assist the individuals to solve the
problems. With using these skills mainly helps in improving and adapting the change frequently
as for competing in the dynamic marketplace. Moreover, researching skill is important as it
would help in identifying the completely new aspects of life that are unidentified so that better

Listening skills
Listening is ability which is being developed by the student, as while attending the
lectures, attending the tutorial of the teachers which is being communicated in the university.
With building this skill it mainly helps in thinking in proper manner as to attain the set results.
Also, helps in being more concentrate in better manner and reduces the anxiety and the
depression for the student. Further more, this skill are very important as it helps in achieving
greater career in future with being patience and listening to others opinions in life, with this helps
in attaining the set results.
Thus, these skills are very important for the workplace as it helps in effective
communicating with others in the workplace and result in building the feeling of trust and
promotes the feeling of building effective and trustworthy relations. Further, As with building
the effective listening skills mainly helps in making feel comfortable to others as by respecting
other opinions with listening them carefully and results in building strong bonds. Furthermore,
the listening skills would help in acquiring variety of new information that might be applied
either while working in different groups or for the own knowledge that is good for their own
development.
