In modern world higher education plays a significant role for the development of
Sustainable economy which is increases year by year. For this higher education put emphasis on
the knowledge and its application as it makes great contribution towards the development of
economy and growth and also Foster innovation with the help of higher skills. Education is
useful in providing competitive edge in the development of career (Moore and Morton, 2017).
This report is going to cover the knowledge of learning Strategies and techniques which is used
for improving memory retention and understanding about how people learn and also describe the
prominent ways to overcome the challenges which students face.
LITERATURE REVIEW
According to Cottrell S. 2017, higher education and skills useful in developing and creating
many opportunities for an individual as it is useful in developing knowledge about economy,
health, civic involvement, personal development, and better communication, great sense of
discipline and sense of accomplishment. Moreover higher education is useful in providing and
developing link between the intellectual in educational role of universities and also develop
society on the other side. Developing skills define the key factors of higher living standards and
well being which helps in investing in knowledge and enabling its diffusion which is the key to
develop Highway reemployment and improve growth and productivity. In terms of this stress
hormone and cortisol leads to enhance during the time of teenage that leads to lose their
education and learning experience as well. Moreover students also focus on several challenges at
the specific stressful time as it analyse the proper ends of the level of students with the
universities in United Kingdom which increase because of their stress level. In terms of this
continuous and daily survey is organised concerning the current situation and tension in their
mind by which they feel exhausted and research is conducted on the frequent basis concerning
their cortisol level. Considering this it is analysed that many students approximately 69%
experience and face decrease in their result.
In terms of this two significant categories are developed to treat the pressure level of
students. For this people who feel that the proper knowledge and learning can enhance their
mental ability early to face failure on the temporary basis. Along with this individual who
claimed that learning is predetermined and attains highest level of cortisol in their hire skills and

they try to game up to 18 or even 21 credits that becomes impossible to stay on the top at all.

become antisocial after sometime. In terms of this they will take more time to build relations
with their family members and relatives because they are happier in their own world that is
surrounded with their friends, flat mates and their own thoughts. Along with this they spend most
of the time that leaves to build daunting and disagreements.

the time of working and also spend some time in college and Universities to develop their

training and professional development.
