Lins, K. V., Servaes and Tamayo (2017) discussed that to conduct the activity of CSR it
engages the employees to take decision in the company and also take decision according to the
welfare of the employees. As it helps to build the strong relationship between the employer and
employee relationship. Employee can freely discuss the issues and problems raised in the
training processes and also guides the company senior post to act accordingly. It's the duty of the
company manager to guide their employees and provide proper training while conducting the
CSR. It provides quality and productive work to the company which indirectly helps them to
achieve the targets.
Schrempf-Stirling, Palazzo and Phillips (2016) examined that there is adverse
relationship between the social responsibility and corporate performance. They find that social
responsibility provide internal benefits to the companies which influences the performance of the
management of the company. The changes arise in case of motivating the employees and trained
them which increases the social responsibility but somehow affect the performance. If the
employees are less interested in developing their skills and company organise training session,
this results in lack of performance scheme.

name in the emerging global market. As company donates huge tons of money as charity to the
NGO or provide free gods and services to help the public engaged within society. They help
people who suffered their life in natural calamities or global issue regarding heath, pollution
control and global warming. This practices increased the customer loyalty towards work
commitment and also increase sales in the company.
Crane, Matten and Spence (2019) argued that CSR comes up with certain disadvantages
to the company. They risk their reputation in the market if this activity is not succeeded. As if
changes in activity brings the depreciation value to the company working. It increases the
workload of the company and also affects the smooth working structure. As they have to initiated
their time management to commit the CSR activity. CSR activities are usually eco-friendly and
promote the less usage of resources. But to conduct this activity they have to invest lot of money
and day wise workload also increased.

obligation. The major key features which examines this theory as it built a strong foundation as
profit always comes in the business. Company first priority to increase sales and then concentrate
on employee's motivation as without sales company can't stand in market (Carroll's CSR
Pyramid, 2018). Various laws and regulation are imposed by the government to improve the
working of sales in organisation.

laws and regulation which business had to follow. As business had to work according to the rules
and regulation imposed by the government to operate in a civil society. Society always prefer
that business work according to the rules and follow polices which provides benefits to them.
Ethical responsibility is the expectation and obligation to react on fair and in right manner. It
avoids harm to the stakeholder while interacting with them regarding the work schedule. The
model indicate the economic responsibility of the business as they have to earn profit to run the
company for longer term. If the business not stands in the society, they have no liability to retain
the employees (Corporate Social Responsibility, 2017). Company growth based on economic
stability of the company. Last one is related to good corporate citizen. In this organisation

Crane, Matten and Spence (2019) that Pyramid of CSR should be conducted for the sake
of shareholder benefits. They engaged in 4 important concepts which includes the firm’s
decision, actions, rules and regulation and polices. As they didn't represent the hierarchy of the
