with peers, making own experience and focusing on skills over setting.

Get experience online and working with other companies who provide online jobs can
help a student in improving their CV in many ways. Getting experience is never a waste of time
and it helps a students in many ways such as it enhances professional skills of the individuals, it
influences the professional behaviour of students and also they can earn money through it (Chen
and et. al., 2020). A firm or a company prefers the personnels who have worked behaviour as it
makes it easy for firm to manage these professionals as they know a basic structure of how an
organisation operates in the market. It will help the personnel a lot while getting a dream job or a
better job through which better way of living can be enhanced. And also online or virtual jobs
will be easy for a student to handle as it would not consume their much time and can be easily
managed in their academic sessions. Along with getting online job, Connecting with peers will
also help an individual in developing their CV and their study as well as professional skills there
are many firm that supports this method. Contacting with peers and getting knowledge about the
basic working of desired job or company will help the personnel in judging better task for them
and also enhance the companies in smooth management of the respective employee as they
already knows enough about the respective job and the firm which will attract good impression
of the personnel towards the organisation (Schraeder, 2019). Connecting with different working
professionals in doing the same or substitute jobs in same or homogeneous company of the same

CV and better chances of getting a job can be enhanced. Organisations are likely to hire more

their future. When a student has previously maintained a business, it will not only get a better job
for them but will also help them in choosing if they want to start again their business with all the
experience they have gained while working in an organisation as an employee. At last, Focusing
on skill than setting is one of the other measures through which one's CV can be enhanced. A
student should focus on their skills and abilities and should work continuously on improvements
of their skills as companies these days prefer skills over degrees and academic knowledge
(McNerney and et.al. 2020). Skills in a student can be considered as their professional abilities
and capabilities that differentiates them from other professionals. These skills can be anything
that can be used by them or the company in order to get better effective results.
Personal experience: Are you happy with your CV?
Currently, I am not that happy about my CV due to various reasons. Some of the reasons
are that in the beginning I thought that academic sessions and focusing on gaining bookish
knowledge is the only thing that will help me get a job. I have spent all my time in getting
bookish knowledge which leaves me with no time to work on my skills and abilities. Lack in
these skills troubled me a lot while getting my dream job because companies were searching
more of skills. Along with this, no previous working experience troubled me with a vacant space
in my CV which lead to the recruiter to questioning me about my previous working. No working
experience shown in the CV leading a doubt in the minds of recruiter about my hiring as they
needed to work more on my organisational behaviour as they thought that lacking in the same
will affect their productivity and profitability as I may not be able to give best effective results
up to my capabilities. At last I was able to get a job of my desire but my incomplete CV in very
less or no professional skills and professional working experience created a lot of hindrances on
the way to my success and to get a desired job.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, this can be concluded that study skill plays a vital role in a
student's life as it helps them in enhancing a better studying ways and also leads to getting their
