helps in making the CV more alluring and effective. In the absence of sufficient work
experience one can work on his or her set of skills as it indicates the potential and capability
which could be helpful in the better performance of the business organisation as well. When
person starts examining his own skills then he can identify the area of improvement which

needs a relevant concern. Furthermore, by specifying the areas in which you can perform or
skilled will support in keeping you at good position during the job interviews. Online career
and skill development programs are very much famous in current time, and during corona
period people are mostly opting this technique to build their knowledge and ability in their
respective field. Numbers of website which are promoting the their innovative educational to
support the career growth of the youth (Azizah, Asri, and Mannahali, 2020). By attaining

curriculum vitae will help in strengthening the image of a person for a particular job role. Not
only this there are some famous well-known companies which are providing the chance to the
youth through which they can enrol themselves with the online internship program. With the
participation in such career developing tactics, an individual can achieve the enormous
knowledge and ideas in respect to the working structure of the business institution. By
utilising such small practices to stimulate the professional understandings, a detailed
guidance could be obtained by the one which will act like assistance while moving forward
the big opportunities. Contacting people who are from the same field in which they want to
develop their career is another way that could be useful for those who do not have much work
experience. By gathering desirable information from such working individual will also
support in achieving the same amount experience. In addition to this, lots of sites and online
applications are there on which it is very simple to contact all the famous and proficient
leaders. By considering the guidance of such personalities will be profitable aspect for the
students who have recently completed their studies and looking for better job offers. Career

In my CV there are some points which are missing and that could be weak point for
me. As we all known and also get clear from above discussion skills are the major part of the
CV, but there are some competencies that are quite important and basic as well and I am not
effective in that. Not having the suitable skill set is the drawback of my CV, as recruiters
primarily focuses on this section of the resume in order to capture the further ability of the

individual to support the growth of the business organization. It can create the sense of less
confidence for me while confronting the human resource manager of the particular business
organisation. On the other side, improper experience regarding the working of the business
corporation leads to several different issues while communicating with the professionals of
the business management. I have to focus on working over these areas of my CV to make it
worthy and supportive the desired position in the business firm. To tackle all these, I can go
for courses which will help in raising the crucial skills to attain the targets which I have
constructed for my future. Another cause for the poor presentation of my CV is that I am
depicting my self as the one who can do multi-tasking, and this is not right. All the
companies usually want to have such candidate for their functioning who have all the basic or
extreme knowledge of some specific field, Multitasking can create the confused working
framework and leads to inefficiency of the employees. In exception of all these, I have added
too much irrelevant content in my CV, which may look messy and quite unprofessional.

have applied for. But it further helps in grabbing different skills which are usually
cooperative in completion of different task (Chen, and Chuang, 2021). Communication,
which is a very basic form of competency but it is known to you all that how much important
it is in professional as well as academic life. It is the medium through which an individual is
able express the thoughts and speaks confidently in front of the mass audience. It gives a
power through which one person understand the words of other in efficient manner. The skill
of good communication is not limited to the extent of personal growth, but it also aids in
knowing of qualities which are possess by other individual. To maintain the better and life
long relation in the daily life is only conceivable when a person has the potential to choose
the right words and present it in beautiful way to other one. This skill come up with the
improvement of another skill which is basically connected to itself and that is skill of
attentive listening. In order to recognize the perspective of people, it is necessary to give
them enough time to speak and, in this period, it is basic etiquettes to pay proper attention to
the words which are being shared by them. It automatically encourages the listening ability in
the individual, which helps in building the better bonding among the members of the team
who are working on the certain task and activities (Sun, Hu, and Zhou, 2022). If consider the
importance of this quality at jobs then it supports in giving the assurance to the subordinates
that their words are being valued by the management and it effectively contributes in the

completion of decision-making criteria. It will prevail the smooth work environment and
provide the freedom to the employees through which they can be open up about the
organisational culture. In terms of employees, listening helps in gathering the overall details
in respect to the work requirements of the management. Moreover, it gives the chance
through managers can inform the employees about their performance and suggest them right
way to achieve the efficiency in the completion of the assign duties. Next, students will come
across the ability of optimum distribution of time among the different task, this skill basically
known as the management of time (Tikhonova, and Gavrishchuk, 2019). And it is the most
important skill as it ensures the efficiency of the person and check out the different instances
through which it becomes easy to eliminate the situation which leads to the wastage of time.
In business organisation, all the functioning and operating activities revolves around this
particular, in case of improper use of time may result in the excessive cost for the firm. So,
time management is accommodating in the completion of task and work before the set
deadlines (Leikin, and Elgrably, 2020). Moreover, it enhances the productivity and creativity
of the employees and they will focus more on finding the better ways to do the activity which
have been allotted to them. Overall, it entails the efforts and proficiency of the employees
through which they can accomplish the goal in the lesser period of time. It also provides them
the sense of fulfilment, because of their finest contribution in the betterment of business
operations. Time management leads to the self-controlled workforce, who is aware about the
needs and demands of the higher authority. To achieve this particular target, employees are

issues. Along with this networking also increases the method of distribution of knowledge
from one individual to another. In current time the word network marketing is quite famous
in which a business firm try to expand its functioning with the help of the people who they
are known to. So, it will not be wrong to say that, network presents a chance through which
organisation can move forwards by utilising the connection and relation of the employees.
Networking also assists that person who has no job, as he can ask from his friends and other
acquaintance, in order to get the work opportunities. And for the employed person it is a way
to generate the profile and connection in the corporate sector.
One of the main things which every individual learn from their respective universities is the
authority to motivate themselves (Petscher, Solari, and Catts, 2019). Throughout, the
graduation or post- graduation, students confront several adverse situations which may result
in the demotivation to do the activities or distraction due to which it will become tough to
concentrate over the studies. In such circumstances students starts encouraging themselves
and motivate their self to work better. The concept of self- motivation operates in boosting
the will power of the person, by which he can get through all the problematic condition and
try to give their best. In business firm, there are so many people who always try to demotivate
other employees, the reason for this could be the bad competition and fear of losing the
goodwill. In this way, self- motivation assists in avoiding such negative environment and
keep directing towards the achievement of goals. One can also promote the idea of self-
motivation by spreading the positivity and helping behaviour towards other colleagues. When
employees look such encouraging attribute among each other, then it will stimulate the
friendly work culture and all the department of the company works in fulfilling the general
interest which is elated to the organisational objective. Students are quite aware about the
proper utilisation of money or funds. This quality may be arisen due to the management and
decision regarding the expenses during the graduation period. Many time college authorities
also conduct some programs in which they provide limited finance to the students and ask
them to carry out all the activities in the given budget. All such actions by the universities

benefit the students in their future career. Budgeting associates with division of available
funds among the different task as per the requirements and preferences. In business

in every phase of their life and motivates them to do well and achieve their dreams with the
