INTRODUCTION
Learning is one of the important aspect of the students life which impacts their higher education.
There are large number of subjects and disciplines are present which can be learn by the
individual if they want to make success possible in their life. There are many approaches of
learning are present in the market which can be used by the person but it depends upon their
abilities that which approach of learning they have used for the process of their personality
development. Reflective approach of learning is one of the approach of the learning which can
be used by the students to achieve the success in their higher education. This approach of the
learning enables the person to evaluate the past experience and events which helps them to
correct the mistakes which they have made in their past life. It is one of the effective approach of
learning which helps the person to make considerable change in their personality. There are
different types of models and theories are present in the market which can be used by the person
if they want to understand the reflective approach of learning. One of the effective model of
reflection is Gibb's model of reflection which are stated in the further report. This report also
states brief discussion related to the concept of feedback and Feed forward.
TASK
Reflection is related to the description of the personal experience on any topic or the event by the
person. It is one of the valuable aspect which helps the person to learn from their past experience
of life (Miqawati and Wijayanti, 2019). Reflective approach of the learning refers to those approach
of the learning under which the person has evaluate the situation and events occurred in their past
life which helps them to verify the deviations of their personality and enables them to make
preparation for their improvement.
Gibb's model of reflection
It is related to those model of reflection which is developed by Gibbs, the main aim of this model
is to provide systematic structure to the reflective approach of learning. It is one of the well
established model of the market which enables their user to express their journey or the
experience on the past situations. It is one of those valuable model which helps to promote
reflection approach of the learning. This model provided different stages to the user due to which
they can reflect and the brief discussion related to the same are given below:

It is class of communication which is taken by many students and I am one of them. The
professor try to teach the concept of communication under which different approaches of
learning are discussed by them (Hamidi and Chavoshi, 2018). One of the valuable and attractive
approach which was discussed in the class is Reflective approach of the learning. The professor
has told us that it is one of the important approach of the learning which should be clear by us if
want to achieve success in our life. There are different model of reflection are told in the class
and Gibb's model of reflection are one of them.
At the time when the teacher has started this topic in the class I feel very weary and anxiety. The
main reason for the negative feeling of mine is that the topic are very new for me. I did not done
such type of project in my life. It is very important for me that I have develop effective approach
in my personality. But the things becomes clear after sometimes when I make my focus on the
topic. The level of confidence are increased by the huge number.
It is not possible in any aspect that it only has positive or negative aspect because both the aspect
are present with the topic. This project also contains diversified dimensions such as positive and
negative aspect. The positive aspect of this project is that it helps the person to develop the
approach of the learning in their personality which helps them to becomes success in their life as
well as in their career. The negative aspect of this project that increases the level of anxiety and
stress in the person whose project are new.
One of the biggest positive part of this project is that it increases the level of motivation in my
personality which helps me to solve different types of problems in my life. The level of
confidence are very important for me because there are large number of problems are raised in
the life which makes me in trouble so the level of confidence helps me to solve these problems
which makes me able to become more competitive in the market.
There are many reason are present which motivates me to so this type of project in my life. One
of the important reason is that it helps me to develop different types of reflective and
communication skills in my personality (Cloete, 2018). This project makes me more competitive
in the market and also enables me to solve the critical problems. The skills of reflection are very
important for me because it helps me express my personal experience and opinion on different
issues of the working. The field of reflective learning are emerging sector of the market which
are having many opportunities in the future so it becomes favourable for me to developed these
skills because it helps me to grab the opportunities in the future.
