INTRODUCTION
Career planning is the long term planning which is used by people by taking part in
different courses and learning. In the changing environment, people are facing higher
competition and they have degree which can used to get the good job opportunities and
managing the all functions. For an individual it is important to have proper knowledge and skills
which can be used to perform the particular roles and responsibilities by maintaining activities
(Salleh, and et.al., 2020) . Skills and abilities of an individual is different as it bring the changes
and attaining the competitive advantages. The people is require to interact with each other as it
develop the understanding by sharing the information and maintaining the good performance.

Skills and abilities is defined as those task that is having in individual and being used for
the purpose of developing the business goals as well as personal goals. The person is require to
have proper knowledge and understanding as it support to analysis the functions and bring the
changes accordingly. For managing and attaining the performance of organization there is need
to use the skills of an individual as it develop the understanding and performance. The
environment is changing day by day where competition is also increasing on daily basis where it
became difficult for individual to get the job as per their wants and they feel unemployment.
There are various skills and abilities that the students require to be successful that are as defined
below:
Time management skills – This is the continuous process of planning and organising the
work activities and states how the time between specific activities can be managed. This can help
to managing the all functions and activities of an individual that supports how to perform the
business activities. Good time management enabling the people for becoming smarter and
supportive by managing the organizational functions. For students of university is require to have
time management skills as it supports to perform the all functions and activities by bringing the
changes and attaining the higher performance. This is like a pressure that is handling by an
individual for the purpose of completing task in certain period of time. This can help to
managing the all functions and activities at the workplace.

This is important skills for students as well as employees to have time management skills
as it increase the productivity of individual by managing the all functions and organizational
activities. If people are working collectively then a person who is good in time management can
be allocate the work between people as per their skills and maintaining the higher performance.
Time management allows the people to make best use of time and resources which can help to
develop the organizational productivity (Nasution,and Yusuf, 2021).
Stress management – The students who reads in schools and university is require to focus
on stress management skills which can help to think positively and getting the right outcomes. In
other words, stress management is a technique of relaxation, counselling or group therapy
exercise and healthy lifestyle which can be used to develop the business performance and
productivity. If a person is having stress managing skills then it will be good opportunity to grow
its business and maintaining the higher performance.
This skills is important as it helps student and individual to maintain the work life
balance and become the more productive at work by spending time and efforts properly. This
also ensure people that they are freedom to make any decision and doing the work properly. To
improve this skills students need to do regular exercise, good nutrition, medications and adequate
rest that all are engaging in self care and reduce the stress.
Study skills – This means students who reads in schools and college is need to focus on
study skills as it develop the student knowledge and abilities in particular field. If students have
study skills then it make easier task for students to study regularly and performing their roles and
responsibilities clearly (Turgut, and Neuhaus, 2020).
Study skills is important for students as it helps to know how to study by preparing
schedule and time table which can be used to develop the business activities and performance.
This is important for each person to conduct the environment analysis and bring the changes in
their activities.
Communication skills – This skill is related to communication and sharing of knowledge
which is used by each person for the purpose of completing the work and attaining the higher
performance. The students should have proper communication skills as it helps to share the
knowledge by asking question from their tutor and managing the all activities clearly. This also
helps to managing all functions in proper manner by maintaining good communication between
people.

For students who reads in the schools, university and other workplaces is important to
have proper communication skills which can be used by them for transferring the knowledge and
skills in specific areas and attaining the higher productivity. This also helps to managing the
higher performance by working and learning individually or collectively (Wen, and et.al., 2021).
Critical thinking and problem solving skills – In the study areas, students sometimes get
confuse and faces the misunderstanding due to which many problems faced by people that
affected the organizational productivity and profitability. This person should have proper
knowledge and understanding about critical thinking and problem solving as it improve the
abilities of individual and give them opportunity to solve the problems (Tomczyk, 2020).
For students it is important to have thinking skills as it mainly emphasis on employer
thinking and solving their problems. In the changing environment competition is increasing day
by day where it is important for students to improve their critical thinking and problem solving
skills as it develop the business activities and performance by improving knowledge.
Creativity and innovation skills – For any individual and student creativity is needed as it
used to introduce the something is new which influence the number of people and make more
successful in their learning stage. For students learning and study is used by students as it
supports to introduce new products and services that provide the good opportunity in upcoming
future. If students are enough capable to understand the particular task then it will be be managed
properly by focusing on innovation and creativity (Anggela, and Astuti, 2020).
For students it is important skills to have as it bring the changes in their task, ready to
accept the new technology and managing the all functions which can help to develop the
business performance and also provide the opportunity of great job. Thus, students is require to
consider the innovation skills as it helps to improve the business productivity and attaining the
higher performance in competitive environment.
From the above it can be concluded that students who are in school, colleges, and
university that provide the job opportunity in the competitive market. This can help to develop
the business as well as personal skills in the managing the career. As pandemic situation is facing
by whole country where number of businesses and organization have stopped or limited their
business where the person who have above mentioned skills can be used to develop the
productivity and performance in the changing environment.

While studying and taking the classes regularly students have expectation to get the good
job opportunity in the upcoming period as it helps to managing the all functions and activities
properly. C.V. Is the type of resume used by professionals in the field of academic, teaching,
medicine, and research which is help to show their skills and abilities to others. If the skills and
experience of individual match with organizational require job summary then the candidate has
been selected by HR management by following the different stages. Skills and abilities of an
individual mainly depends on their study which they learn while taking the classes and managing
the all functions.
Getting involved in extra curricular activities – For students school has head of activities
in which they are able to take part that can help to gain the valuable experience. The curricular
activities are student monitoring programme, event organising show, student committees, sports
club and others which develop the mind status of individual and it helps to improve the C.V by
showing (Lent, and Brown, 2020).
Mentioning their academic achievement – This means people who reads in schools and
university is require to mention their academic achievements by making efforts in qualification
completion. If a student is good in particular areas and project then it should be mention in their
C.V. Which influence the interviewer and provide the good opportunity to get the job
opportunity (Pillay, 2021).
Using proper format and structure – Before starting to write student C.V it is important to
determine the correct structure and format that gives the professional look to students and
increase the legibility. While preparing the resume there is need to use simple and clear language
by considering all achievement. This should be easy to ready and understandable that gives the
opportunity to get the job opportunities.
Be creative with education – Students often have lack extensive work experience which
involved in their C.V that can be used to expand their education section for increasing the
amount details in document. If students have higher degree of education then they need to
mention in their resume which attracts the interviewer and developing the understanding in
particular field (Soikkeli‐Jalonen, and et.al., 2020).
Expanding the work experience – This is another require skill that should have in
individual or candidates as if they have worked anywhere at any profile then they should be

mention in their resume as it develop the understanding and influence the interview to provide
the job opportunity to the candidates when it match with job profile. This also helps to perform
the roles and responsibilities clearly by managing all functions (Glaser and Schmidt, 2020).
Proofread and edit – After writing C.V. Student is requires to proofread this document
and if found to make any necessary changes then it can bring out in their resume. This can help
to make more attractive and different C.V, that provide an opportunity to get the job chances and
use their skills to complete the task in certain time (Pesqueira, Sousa and Rocha, 2020).
Draw attention on online skills – Now a days businesses mainly demand young blood
who have good and fresh knowledge about market that can help to introduce new skills and
abilities which can help to improving the knowledge and give the opportunity to get job
opportunities.
From the above it can be explained that students should be mention all task and activities
in their C.V. That make it more influencing and understandable. This provide a good opportunity
and developing their career in future.

From the report it can be concluded that career planning is the main activities for student
's life as it important decision is require to make. There are different skills and knowledge which
should have in person for the purpose of developing the business performance and improving the
understanding. The environment is changing in which student focuses on technical and online
skills that give the opportunity to grow their business.
