different courses and learning. In the changing environment, people are facing higher
competition and they have degree which can used to get the good job opportunities and
managing the all functions. For an individual it is important to have proper knowledge and skills
which can be used to perform the particular roles and responsibilities by maintaining activities
(Salleh, and et.al., 2020) . Skills and abilities of an individual is different as it bring the changes
and attaining the competitive advantages. The people is require to interact with each other as it
develop the understanding by sharing the information and maintaining the good performance.
