INTRODUCTION
Study skills are defines to those skills in which all the students are use to study
effectively whatever the area of subject. In this the study skills helps in recognizing them,
developing them and using them more effectively. In this students can highly focus on conveying
the information so that it is evaluated effectively. In this writing and verbal skills are included
where written skill is related to hard skills and oral related to soft skills of the students. This
report is based on skills of students that can develop the quality in their work and enhance their
writing and reading skills. Further it reflects the guidelines that will improve the written projects
of the persons. At last it explains some recommendations so that skills is to be improved and it
also enhances the living standard of the students and develops the learning that will helps in their
personal and academic life(Mason, 2019).
MAIN BODY
Strategies to improve the reading ability of the students
Reading ability is very essential for the student because this helps in fluency and
independence. It reflects as an integral part of the modern life. In classroom teachers can highly
focused on reading with the class by the students so that their reading capability is increased and
also they are fluent in their skills. This helps the students in maximizing their reading and
thinking power that will enhance their learning and growth. Reading skills needs regular practice
and effective communication on several different topics so that it helps in their future
successful(Suleman, 2018). There are some strategies that can helps in improving the reading
ability of the students which can demonstrate below:
Preparing interpretation- It is an effective strategy in which students can prepare the
interpretation what they read related to topic. It is very prominent for students to remember the
things while preparing notes. In this they can write the important data by relating with some
practical examples that was describe within the classroom. This will improve the reading skill
habit and enhance the knowledge(Songkram and et. al., 2019).

Discussion of the topic- Discussion is one of the major strategies because it will maximize
the reading ability. It also develops the high knowledge because reading and verbal skills
enhance the student’s skills as compare to writing something’s. In reading the student can grab
the other inputs and inhale their thoughts that help in growing their success. In this student can
talk with their teachers, professors, seniors and faculty members from where they gather the
information for clear understanding(Oliver and Jorre de St Jorre, 2018).
Focus on reading goals- Students develops the habits of regular reading and for this they
can set their goal and focus according to that. This will helps in communication strongly and also
developing the growth. In this they can set the several topics and read within the time of 20
minute. These will helps in focusing on reading due to this they can develops their understanding
capability. In this those person who are reading intellectually can have a huge knowledge
regarding several topics. In these teachers is focus on developing the students reading by regular
providing the reading topics with set period. This will enhance the motivation of class and also
create awareness within the students.
Prepare notes on important topics- This strategy is one of the best strategies that reflect the
habit of a student to prepare notes on related important topic. It is very helpful for the people in
reading and understanding the topic effectively. For developing the reading skills of students
teachers can assign the task to students to make questions that are answered in the topic as it
helps in explaining the topic in future aspect. It will enhance the ability of focus things and
improve the knowledge(Topalli and Cagiltay, 2018).
Understanding through observation- In this students can understand the topic by observe
the content so that it can be remember for long time. This also looks interesting for the students
while reading and observing the things and able to understand the things effectively. In this
students are connecting their topic with some practical examples so that they can prominently
connect relate their findings visually.
Suggestions to improve the quality of written projects of the students
In the world there are many people who are illiterate and cannot get the basic educations.
It is very essential for the students to get the basic knowledge and has a writing ability so that
they can develop their future and work with collaborate. Within education writing is an essential

element to for learning and growing students. In this teachers and faculty members are focus on
enhancing the writing skills of students that will reflects in the project quality. Writing helps in
attaining the overall goal and helps in conveying the thoughts and knowledge effectively and
prominently(Succi and Canovi, 2020). There are several guidelines that help in improving the
quality of writing projects that can be shown below:
Summary of the writing- In these students can focus on summarizing the work that is
based on some specific topic so that high knowledge can be gained and also helps in developing
the overall structure of the project. It is very beneficial for the teachers because due to this they
cannot read the whole project instead of reading a summarized work. This will also display the
student knowledge and capability to summarize the work and also their writing skills
prominently. As for this teacher can focus on developing this strategy within students so that it
will reflects as a habit so that they can face high success.
Importance of sentence structure and grammar- These students can review their
whole work and after that deliver it to the teachers and faculty members. This will helps in
analyzing the mistakes related to grammar and sentence framing. In this after analyzing the
student mistakes teachers can focus on improving their mistakes so that in future it cannot be
done. These will positively impacting the writing skills of the students so that they can face
success in gaining high skills and knowledge.
Writing is to be attractive- It is an most prominent guidance for students that there
writing should be attractive. It should be done when they have a high knowledge regarding the
topic that is discuss within the class. In this students are to be encouraged by the support of
teacher in conveying the knowledge and basic for writing the questions. Writing attractiveness
can be shown when it is to be communicated properly by the teachers to students.
Writing as a process of clarify the issues- In this guidance students can significance of
writing process and effectively clarifies in their minds when the language is to be properly
understood by them and other who listen it. In writing a proper structure is to be followed that
start from summary and ends with conclusion of the subject. In this the words that are used by
the students in their report are very prominent as it reflects the writing skill of an individual and

helps them analyzing their quality. Good writing skills clarify all the issues that a reader can
face(Elfeky, 2018).
RECOMMENDATIONS
There are some recommendations that are included in the improving the reading and
writing skills of the students that can be shown below:
The first and foremost recommendation in improving the reading and writing skill of a
students that teachers can timely monitor the work so that there mistakes can be removed on
time. This will helps in enhancing the overall performance of the students. As teachers reflects as
a best mentor in the life of students and also helps in growing and learning mew things
effectively and efficiently. In this teachers can evaluated the work of students that will develops
the status of class growth (National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, 2018).
Another is that student can focus on adopting several models that are helpful in
improving the quality of reading and writing skills. In this students can apply the models in their
knowledge so that they can effectively remember the things and measure their performance.
Reviewing the work by faculty members enhances the quality in writing and also develops the
high relation between teachers and students. This wills helps in motivating the students towards
gaining the knowledge related to reading and writing so that they can learn things quickly.
CONCLUSION
To the above essay it is concluded that student can face distinct challenges in reading and
writing the things. For this it inculcates the several strategies that will enhance the reading skills
and develops learning. Further it inculcates the suggestions for improving the writing skills that
will help in learn things effectively and for longer time period. In this teacher supports is playing
a prominent role in improving the skills of students related to writing and reading.
