INTRODUCTION
Skills and high education must be required while for having the better development and
have the better future goals and objective. This report explain about the various challenges and
strategies while for improving the listening skills. Furthermore, also explain about the experience
and straight forwards for having the better skills to be developed. Also, examined about the skills
which are require for being the better students in university and recommendation for improving
the CV.
ASSESSMENT 1
Challenges to listening
Listening is considered as the ability for receiving and interpreting the messages
accurately in the process of communication (Flynn and Hayes, 2021). When the individuals
listen, they make use of their ears for receiving individual sounds and then brain is used for
converting into messages which means something to the listener. Listening skill is most
important as this is observed that an individual spends more than 45% on listening while
communicating. There are various challenges to listening which are as follows:
False starts and repetitions:-
This can be observed from the various sources that listening becomes more challenging
when there are false starts and repetitions (Davidson, 2021). This can be evident from the
example i.e., honour and honorary. At the time of speaking, sometimes the listener repeats such
words which are only similar in the ways they are spoken but not in the ways they are meant.
Because there are chances that the two similar looking words can have completely different
meaning which is why the listener could not clearly get about the real meaning of the word or
sentence conveyed. Teacher must have the proper knowledge while for knowing about their
things and make sure about their things which might be important for them. As while before
speaking they are must be required to have the proper speech and make sure about what they are
speaking and have their much benefits (Faramarzi, Tabrizi and Chalak, 2021).
Unnecessary words:-
This is the challenge which is mostly faced by the speakers as well as the listeners.
(McAlpine and et.al., 2021). These unnecessary words take the important time of conveying the
main information which reduces the importance of the content and information being conveyed.

For example, ‘So, if I’d want to just go, go’ and many more other words. These words and
sentences do not make much sense which is why using these type of unnecessary words create a
challenge for the listeners to identify the distinction between the key content and the unnecessary
words, phrases or sentences. As teacher in their lecture do not use any other words so that create
much confusion and have their better skills for which they can have much students in making
their improvement for the listening thinks.
Technical terms:-
In the content or the information being conveyed, there are various technical terms used
among which some are easy to hear, understand, pronounce and spell. This is why; the speaker
also cannot pronounce the word with complete clarity and efficiency. This can be evident from
the example such as the use of words like thrombolysis or hemicraniectomy and many other
words. The listener face challenges while listening theses words and more issues in
understanding them (Tang and Martins, 2021). The teacher can easily use many more technical
thing through which they can easily explore many more things.
Three strategies teachers can use to help students improve their listening skills.
The teacher can easily make the use of the various strategies while through which they
can easily make sure about their development and have their improvement for listening skills.
Therefore, this could be important while for having the better estimation through which teacher
can have their better student and can have the listening skills much better. Here are some of the
strategies while through which the teacher can improve the listening skills:
Utilize technology:-
This seems to be important while for having the improving listening skills while through
which the teacher can easily make sure about those thing which might be important for them in
having their better future goals and objective. Educational technology can be used for having the
better estimation while for which the student can also learn many more things which could be
important for them. Gradually, this could be also important while for having the educational
technology in which the teacher can easily explain and make them more active for learning more
better lessons (Buonviri, 2021). Carefully, the teacher can select the movie, documentary or app
something while for having the better learning skills. The teacher can also use the high tech
application for which they students can be attract and make their learning and listening skills
more better.

In having the effective learning this might be also important for having the better future
aspects and that could be easily available for learning through online app. Technology seems to
be better in teaching and that could also provide the better opportunities for students in exploring
their ranges for listening strategies (Ma'arif and et.al., 2021). This might be also important while
for having the better strategies and also allows for emphasis, interactional. Critical and various
dimensions while for listening to the teacher.
Use hand signal:-
Hence, this might be also important for knowing about the better communication with the
students that could be play the role for making sure about those things which could help them in
better aspects (HOW TO USE HAND GESTURES IN A POWERFUL WAY WHEN YOU
COMMUNICATE, 2018.). As the hand gestures make the many things while having the proper
body languages while through which this could be also important in having the proper estimation
for the student can easily understand. In hand gestures student can easily understand about the

people and thinking about the surrounding.
Get to know about students:-
Therefore, this might be also seems to be important in making the effective manner
while for working with having the high efficient at their for learning many new things. When
teacher come to know about their students than that might be important for them in having the
less spending time on them for understanding any things (Leo, 2021). While that could be also
much easier for knowing about the various strategies in which they can work and make their
better future aspects. This can be also happen easily for having the playing games and doing
many more other activities while that could be much easier for taking the advantage.
Listening challenges that have experienced.
I have taken much experience from which I have collected many skills and knowledge so
that help me for making sure about those things which could be important for having the better
skills and developed the future goals and objective (Simpson, 2021). Hence, this might be also
important for taking much benefits in listening and having much experience. While by listening
to someone else or teacher in leacture that could help for increasing the mind and try to make
sure about the high impact over those things which could be important in having much benefits. I

have try to make sure about what I have listened and how should I will deal over any further
situation which might be more helpful for me. I will also make sure about those things which
could be important for me in having much advantage and try to make sure about the high skills
and make much capabilities while for working in such better organization (Taylor and Dean,
2021). While listen to the teacher I think that I can be the good listener and try to make sure
about having the better goal and objective through which I can easily completed the long term
goals.
ASSESSMENT 2
Skills required for students in university
For having the better development and make the proper growth the students must be
required for having the better listening skills and technical terms while through which that could
help them for having the estimation in university. Hence, this skills must be important at
workplace, while through which if any students working in the MNC organization they might be
having the better and well-developed skills for which they come to know about the various
things which could be important for them (Umbrella, 2021). If a person does not listen
effectively, then he/she cannot communicate effectively and efficiently. There are chances for
misunderstanding the messages which does not helps in achieving the communication goals.
Despite being the most important skill, this is considered as the most challenging skills in
any language. While for which the student can easily understand and have their listening power
much sharp. In having the repetition of the word that could be also easier for making the student
understand and make sure about those things which could be important for them in making their
high tech learning things. The unnecessary words that could lead for making more sense and
some of the student do not take their lecture while having their much confusion and easily they
do not look over about how they can deal and complete over their work. But in real sense, these
are the unnecessary words which do not increase the efficiency of the content but distracts the
speaker and listener from the major content (García-Pérez, García-Garnica and Olmedo-Moreno,
2021). So, the listener also faces various difficulties to understand what is being actually
conveyed. This is the reason; the listener misunderstands the words or sentences and then creates
a different meaning of that word. This can be interpreted from various sources that the speaker
when forgets anything while speaking, they try to fill that time with unnecessary words which

can make the audience or listeners feel as if the speaker has not forgot anything and the fillers is
not actually for the filling section but is the important part of the content.
Hence, this might be also lead them for having the better things for which the skills and
many other can be developed. While by having such thing so that can make the lecture easier and
more interesting for the student who make sure about their using technical terms and that could
have the important role for making their students for learning many more new things. Listening
is basically the key towards effective communication (Bailey-Hughes, 2021). This involves the
identification of sounds of speech and then words and sentences are processed accordingly.
Hence, this might be also important for having the proper estimation in which the student can
easily keep their mind towards any listening things and easily make sure about the high skills for
which the students can learn various things.
While having the online education this might be also important for having the proper
knowledge about those things which seems to be important in improving the things while by
using the technology skills. The use of video can be also make and different regular language
classes can be more benefits. They are mostly likely to know more about the personally in which
they can make sure about their hobbies and many more thing which could be important for them.
But also on the other hand, the information contains some of the complex technical terms which
are difficult to pronounce (Rosales-Pérez and et.al., 2021). The teacher must know to their
student from which they can make their students while for learning more new things and make
sure about those things which could be important for having the some of the basic things in
understandable.
Also, trying to make sure about those things which could be important for them in having
the listening skills and improving the better well-developed and make sure about the high skills
which might be lacking behind. This could be also important for making the proper contact with
the students and make sure about their teaching thing while through which it come to know about
their skills which could be lacking behind and do not have much better things for their students.
While knowing the student that could take much time and let them to know who teacher are
being and how they can deal over there any situation (Garnyk and Snihurova, 2021). This might
be also important for having the better estimation for which the work can be done and make their
students for learning through which the work can student can easily understand. While making
the proper use of signal that could also help for keeping the good and improving the strategies

In the example mentioned above, meaning of honour is high respect and great esteem but
the meaning of honorary is similar but without the usual functions or requirements. This is why,
the speaker when speaks these words together one after the other then the listener can
misinterpret it and cannot actually get what is conveyed. . Along with this add more emphasis
and make the structure while for talking with the various other students. Therefore, this might be
also important for having the better developed and make the students for learning more new
things which by having the hand gestures (Salimi and Dardiri, 2021). This might be also play the
important role for having the better developed and make sure about the various kinds of thing
which could be important for them in making the strategies while for improving the students
things. Although this might be also important in make sure about those things which could be
important in having the proper gestures about the various signal. While from which they can
easily have their students improving the listening skills and make sure about the various kinds of
listening skills for the students.
In having the skills and knowledge that might be lead for having the better future goals
and objective. While through which it come to know about those things which might be
important for having the better estimation for the students in the university (Sari and Prasetyo,
2021). Hence, communication and learning skills must be important for them in which they can
easily have their better objective and try to make sure about the high estimation for the future
goals. Therefore, in having the proper and skills to be well-developed this could also play the
important role in completing over the goals and objective that have been set up for long term.
Learning skills must be important while for having the learning and understand the things
which could be important and make sure about the high impact over the business. While the
learning skills can play the important role in which the student can make sure about their better
future aspects in any other organization (Temnova, 2021). Therefore, this could be important in
making sure about those things which could be important for being so well-developed for the
students. Communication skills should have the proper things for having behaviour and make the
proper communication with the teacher and various other people in the university.

Recommendation that can improve the content in CV.
This might be also important while for having the CV while through organization or other
working place manager can come to know about the employee or students skills and knowledge.
While for improving the CV student can trim the excess while through which they can use some
of the relevant things that are important for having the proper estimation in organization. Using
the proper plan English, try to avoid big jargon and make sure about the content not seems to be
waffling. Tidy it up while by having the proper presentation in which the content must be proper
and fragment with long paragraph but having the break between them (6 things you can do right

relevant things. Don't forgot to use the keywords, this might be important while for making the
CV and that must be important in keeping more estimation about those things which could be

While for improving the CV students can easily also include the personal statement
while through which the organization can easily come to know about those thing and various
kinds of things which might be important for their organization. hence, this might be also
important for taking much advantage and having the better skills and come to know about their
goals and objective. this might be also important for knowing about the background status of the
person. Quantify for achievement, this might be important while for having the better goals and
objective. From which it come to know about the various achievement in the various things and
that could play the important role for having the better organization job. This also make sure
about those things which could be important for them in making the future goals and objective
(Kortemeyer and Dröschler, 2021). Take break, while at time of having the proper paragraph in

along with having the organization satisfaction for their employee. As CV must play important
role for which the student can get some of the better placement and have some of the better goals
and objective.
