INTRODUCTION
In today's world, competition has affected humans life where most commonly it impacted
upon stress level of students while handling the start of the universities and their own family
conditions where they have to develop a balance so that all the things could go parallel and
accordingly. There are several forms the human brain can be categorized and its capacity to
retaining information(Barr and McClellan, 2018). Among the most widely encountered
categories are focused on either the period of cognitive function, in particular the tactile, short
and long-term memory. In this report, different learning strategies and stress busters will be
discussed for the better future of students.
LITERATURE REVIEW
According to ..., cortisol– stress hormone– generally increases in their brains whenever
adolescents encounter an educational loss including a failing grade. This falls back under control
a day later with most learners, however remains high to some. These students are still focused on
the challenge and also have difficulty moving further. During a particularly stressful moment, the
analysed anxiety levels of adolescents at universities in United Kingdom the initiation into
college. Children conducted daily surveys asked regarding the current tension they felt, and
researchers obtained frequent saliva samples to test the cortisol levels. Also, it has been found
that many of pupils around 69% percent was experiencing a decrease in results during the first
term and thereby started feeling overwhelmed(Cottrell, 2019).
Two distinct categories developed to how they treated the pressure. Pupils who felt that
knowledge could be created a mentality of development are more apt to see failures as
temporary, and that not only has lower total levels of cortisol and were also able to go back to
lower tiers soon after that loss. Learners who claimed that knowledge is predetermined, at the
other hand, achieved the highest level of cortisol for higher, the investigators responded by
saying a response to stress that appears to inhibit critical thinking and cognitive versatility.
On the other hand, as mentioned by ..., Memory retention is when an individual may recall or
maintain memories dependent onto the thought process of recognizing or retaining information.
The research examined the learners or teachers ' associative memory within a two-minute time
frame. This discussed the amount of terms students and professors might recollect from either a
chosen paragraph or an article.

Teenagers should get everything to always be positive about but they experience real the worst
and most pressure as the group with just the slightest accountability. The Society study in 2013
showed that 65 per cent of children feel depressed. Including this, Learners are balancing half-
time jobs with college, thinking over homework often wondering about the future and also how
to take the first step. At the same time trying to manage all these issues will make them feel
frustrated(Dryden, 2018).
Some challenges faced by students:
Time management: This is particularly being considered as one of the crucial problem of
the challenge that is faced by students at the time of joining a university because, the think of the
college is going to be the same as high school was but it is the opposite of it where it is may be
possible that they have to perform number of activities at the same time in relation to different
subjects. For example, Many students take a full 15 credit semester, while others try to cram in
up to 18 or even 21 credits. At times, it seems impossible to stay on top of it all.
Homesickness: Regardless of whether they let it out or not, most understudies will at one
point get yearning to go home, particularly the individuals who go to a school that is over three
hours from home. Green beans endure more, as it is apparently their first year from home.
Depression: Another challenge that is faced by students when it comes to Learning new
things, where Heightened stress, poor self-care, and lack of sleep can cause health problems.
Living in close quarters also poses health risks and can increase a student's chances of
contracting illnesses.
Socially not connected: Setting up relationships and spend time with peers and flatmates
is critical for community-building. Nonetheless, spending too much time together would be
daunting, and disagreements can occur(Jackson and Wilton, 2017).
Strategies to overcome these challenges:
Taking counselling from the best suitable counsellors within the university is said to be a
crucial strategy what the students to reduce the stress and tension from their mind of
managing work, family and entrance of the university(Maher, 2016).
Life advice is difficult to give, as when the approach differs from individual to individual.
Set up an easy contact demands and expectations right from the beginning. If students are
breaking up from any relationship then it is required to, contact another counsellors to
progress via the event.

ANNALYSIS AND DISCUSSIONS OF ALL THE QUESTIONS
Based on the analysis it can clearly be said that, stress can effectively be considered as a
problem for students nowadays and it is pretty much required by family, teachers, attenders,
government and other sources to to bring awareness among students that what stress can do to
them. Also, it is said that with the help of a work based life approach a student could effectively
manage time for both study and for family as well in a simultaneous manner. Basically, there are
two major aspects that came in front and these are confidence and interest of the students that
would lead them to a better future. Without confidence, it is very possible that stress can be
developed in the mind of students. So, it is much more required by both family and lecturers to
keep on communicating with them and also they may ask about how they are feeling in relation
to their study and other co curricular activities. Through better confidence level and appropriate
communication done by students would lead them to take right decisions for their own. This will
be much more easier for them to reduce the stress level at the time of working, giving time to the
family and while selling in a University in which they have just joined(Marginson, 2016).
It has already been discussed that it will be required by students to take actions over the
confusions, depression, less confidence, and other stuff in order to reach to the whole new level
within the university and to grab a good position within the market in near future. Development
of these skills would lead the student to become a powerful person. This will also help in
enhancing the profit margins of its own company or of any other business organisation and
which he or she is going to perform the job and the task within this dynamic nature of the
business.
RECOMMENDATIONS
In present case, it is recommended to the students that first they have to come themselves
while going through their study d and try their level best to make there on family to cope up with
them so that appropriate results can be brought in. on the other hand, there are some other
recommendations that can also be given in present context and these are mentioned underneath:
Know the boundaries, is said to be one of the crucial strategy that came in front is that If
they can't manage 18 courses in a graduate assistantship, slowing down and taking just 15
is worth the investment term. Whereas an university education has the intention of
learning whatever the student can, that doesn't mean learning all the way. Scheduling

time to fun is vital, and taking breaks to take students mind clean and simple. For more
ways of coping with this type of educational pressure, see this reference to positive study
habits.
Reading materials so anyone can hear essentially improves the memory of the material.
Educators and analysts have additionally found that having understudies really instruct
new ideas to others upgrades comprehension and review(Norton, Cherastidtham and
Mackey, 2016).
Another incredible method to build the review is to once in a while change examination
schedule. In case they're familiar with concentrating in one explicit area, take a stab at
moving to an alternate spot during the next examination meeting. In the event that where
concentrate at night, have a go at putting in no time flat every early daytime evaluating
the data that is required to be examined the earlier night.
Another crucial recommendation that can be given over here is that it will be required for
students is to become much more strategic for their studies which impact positively upon
and results in much effective and efficient manner.
CONCLUSION
Considering the above mentioned report, it is concluded that for students that who have
recently entered a university, it will be required by them to communicate with family along with
the lecturers. With the help of this it can easily be said that stress will effectively be released in
short period of time. Also, it is must for students to properly avoid cramming, reverse an
elaborate again and again, try to visualise and recall each and every a piece of paper that they
have read in order to improve the memory retention process of their own mind.
