INTRODUCTION
In present time different learning styles can support to take admission in top university
for higher education that supports to an individual to present well in near future whether it is a
business, job or other activities (Nilson, 2013). The main reason to studying in top university to
develop learning skills like visual, oral & verbal. The following essay is going to include
different types learning approach and strategies regarding to individual. Along with Develop a
study plan that consist of long term as well as short term goals for academic and professional
success.
MAIN BODY
Learning style are approaches to learning, which consist of specific method for each
individual. The term of learning style are the different ways to interpret individual, organize and
represent information. To learn anything from the university an individual apply different styles
of learning that helps to get success in multiple areas. An individual learning style states that
preferential manner in which the absorb, processes, comprehend and retains information. To
know different learning style of an individual apply the VARK model that helps to understand of
yourself. According to this model require to focus on the four aspects such as visual, auditory,
reading/writing and kinaesthetic style. The main purpose of this model to support an individual
learning and suggest to use different strategies for learning. Every person have own learning
style according to that adopt things for specific subject. In audio learning style learners learn best
by seeing. A person focus on the graphic display like charts, diagrams, handouts, illustrations
and videos are supporting to learning easily through visual things (Lai, Shum and Tian, 2016).
The auditory learns learn things learn by best hearing information. They tend to get a great deal
out of lectures and are good at remembering things they are told. As per the reading and writing
learners give priority to learn things through words and text that easily understand by the
individual. At the end Kinaesthetic learners are learning things through doing and touching
things. It is important for learners to take hands on experience like painting, sports and
woodworking.
The learning style is good way of learning where mostly focus on the education method
regarding to specific topic and presumed to enables that individual learn best (Saltman, 2012).
Mostly people selected to good method to moving with, taking in and processing stimuli or

of the learning relating with the role of individual at the particular place. It is mainly based on
the knowledge and knowledge retention. As per the active mind in processing learning
possibilities and improving. The third approach of learning, Humanistic approach based on the
humanist theories that define the individual experience that take into account the way what in our
society previously polarised thoughts right and wrong dissolved as per the variety of equally
valuable truths.
