INTRODUCTION
In present time different learning styles can support to take admission in top university
for higher education that supports to an individual to present well in near future whether it is a
business, job or other activities (Nilson, 2013). The main reason to studying in top university to
develop learning skills like visual, oral & verbal. The following essay is going to include
different types learning approach and strategies regarding to individual. Along with Develop a
study plan that consist of long term as well as short term goals for academic and professional
success.
MAIN BODY
Learning style are approaches to learning, which consist of specific method for each
individual. The term of learning style are the different ways to interpret individual, organize and
represent information. To learn anything from the university an individual apply different styles
of learning that helps to get success in multiple areas. An individual learning style states that
preferential manner in which the absorb, processes, comprehend and retains information. To
know different learning style of an individual apply the VARK model that helps to understand of
yourself. According to this model require to focus on the four aspects such as visual, auditory,
reading/writing and kinaesthetic style. The main purpose of this model to support an individual
learning and suggest to use different strategies for learning. Every person have own learning
style according to that adopt things for specific subject. In audio learning style learners learn best
by seeing. A person focus on the graphic display like charts, diagrams, handouts, illustrations
and videos are supporting to learning easily through visual things (Lai, Shum and Tian, 2016).
The auditory learns learn things learn by best hearing information. They tend to get a great deal
out of lectures and are good at remembering things they are told. As per the reading and writing
learners give priority to learn things through words and text that easily understand by the
individual. At the end Kinaesthetic learners are learning things through doing and touching
things. It is important for learners to take hands on experience like painting, sports and
woodworking.
The learning style is good way of learning where mostly focus on the education method
regarding to specific topic and presumed to enables that individual learn best (Saltman, 2012).
Mostly people selected to good method to moving with, taking in and processing stimuli or

information. As per the different style of leaning it is understanding that different people have
various intelligence level and cognitive abilities that create gap regarding to personal activities
like task difficulty, personality characteristics and learning styles. The learning approach take by
different peoples according to their learning styles. These approaches are supporting to a person
to learn new things. These approaches are categorised into three parts such as the behaviourist
approach, cognitive approach and humanist approach. The behaviourist approach is premised on
the idea that educators react as per the atmosphere of stimuli. The main role of learning
facilitator, hence it is offered all the suitable and useful stimuli to provide respond by learners
and accomplish knowledge and experience (Murphy and Johnson, 2016). The cognitive approach
of the learning relating with the role of individual at the particular place. It is mainly based on
the knowledge and knowledge retention. As per the active mind in processing learning
possibilities and improving. The third approach of learning, Humanistic approach based on the
humanist theories that define the individual experience that take into account the way what in our
society previously polarised thoughts right and wrong dissolved as per the variety of equally
valuable truths.
To learn different things require to apply learning strategies that helps an individual to
learn different aspects regarding to study and improve their skills in personal and professional
manner. Learning strategies are those methods that used by the individual to learn. This ranges
from techniques to modify for better study and test taking strategies. Te learning strategies for an
individual classified into different parts such as: cooperating learning where used mix abilities to
conduct different class work activities effectively. Structural strategies where motivate himself
regarding to project task that given by the lecturer. For this apply different techniques such as
flow charts, conceptual maps and outlines. In the generative strategies to remember specific facts
and arrange the structure from learning perspectives (Geitz, Joosten-ten Brinke and Kirschner,
2016).
There are developing a study plan after analysis the all learning style, approaches &
strategies regarding to individual learning. In this plan consist of the short term as well as long
term goals to get success in context of academic and professional skills. With the help of this
plan a student easily focus on the weak points and improve through learning strategies. In the
present context, it is a study plan has created by the individual regarding to assumption and
improving learning strategies.

As per the discussion it is concluded that learning styles, approaches and strategies are
important for an individual to explore their skills in effective manner. These learning strategies
help to improve study skills. Through these study skills an individual effectively achieve higher
education effectively. An individual may become successful due to focusing all the different
levels of learning as per future concern. Thus it can be said that it is required to an individual
focus on every level of intelligence regarding to learning skills.
