are suggestions through which the new graduate student can effectively attract the attention of
recruiters by making their CV more attractive and appealing. These are: Starting with skills
audit: The skills audit can help to gain insight about my existing skills and knowledge. It can
support the student to know in which skills they are good as well as what are the skills in which
they are lacking. Through undergoing skills audit sessions, the fresh graduate students can take
necessary steps to improve their skills and knowledge by taking into consideration reliable
training sessions. This can support the student to analyse their strengths and can show to the
recruiters that they have required skills set for performing that business job in proper manner.
Moreover, the student can also enhance their low value skills by taking online classes(Davies,

critical for success in professional world as it allows the student to gain favourable response
from the recruiters. It was also evaluated that student can develop the varieties of skill set by
taking active participation in the university activities or programs. It was also analysed that the
student must improve the professional skills for the purpose of attaining higher position in most
