Study skills are symbolise as the skills which enables the individuals in studying and
learning effective manner which also impart discipline in them. Study skills are represent as
essential skills not only for their informative development but it also support them for
improvement of their personal skills. Good study skills support the individuals in improving
their confidence, competence and self-esteem which support them actively participate in job
interviews. It will support the student in enhancing their efficiency in productive manner as
studying hours are being cut down as they will able to grasp holding in more prominent manner.
They are the portable skills which kids in retaining the concepts in more improve manner for
their future purpose. These skills have its importance significant to gain enhanced component
when are being examine in front of others. Effective study skills promote the time management ,
effective learning schedule with test assignment in students which reduce their learning hours as
they will able to grasp information in short duration. Assignment includes varied suggestion for
the student to make them more productive while enhancing their skills. Report covers personal

social skill. It has been found that students repel in more prompt manner when actions are being
explained in more valuate manner. Social media is represent as important factor which engage
student in learning while providing them richer experience. It enhance their practical skills as
student acquire knowledge through informative videos or slides which incorporates relevant data
in summarize form. Peer learning are represent as one of suited approach used by the students
during COVID time which support them to be more epitome towards learning experiences to

enhance their quality rich study. When students incorporate learning through engage in virtual
workshops or discussion platform then their confidence and self-esteem is boost on.
Develop their own experience – Their own capabilities are being examine by individual
student depending upon their own interest during Covid as they have got the wide time during to
interpret their own captivate in effective manner. Due to the advancement in the technical and
practical education due to advancement in Covid, students depending upon their interest can
support the small business firm in marketing and sales to enhance their merchandising. They can
also incorporate themselves in management learning workshops to develop their own experience
in lockdown instance to improve their skills in affirmative manner. Through these workshops
students can easily understand the client handling in effective manner to provide them enhance
support (Retrouvey and et. al., 2020).
Online experience – Covid has explored students towards the virtual learning epoch to
enhance their progressiveness in effective manner. These online sources allow the students to
learn set of skills from anywhere to advance their existing skills. This will support the student to
perform their assigned task and projects in more effective manner while managing time in
adequate way. Wide mixture of workshops or internships opportunity option are being available
for student to intensify their professional growth which also built their confidence.
Focus on more skills – Students have become more sincere to enhance their skills
regularly to meet the required professional growth in effective manner. These skills will support
the student in acknowledge their careers in more profound manner with enhanced self-esteem
and morale. This will also support them to strength their social relationships as they will built
strong decision-making and interest. These skills development will have the long term
development benefits in student (Bilal and et. al., 2021).

When I have evaluated my personal experience, I am happy with my CV as I have
acknowledged the quality skills which are encouraging and motivating. It has enhanced me to
have the effective conversation about the queries I have with my teachers without have the fear
of being judged by them. During the time of pandemic instance, I have wasted a lot of my time
in binge eating and just scrolling social media sites which have demotivate me a lot. But one
during my buffing instance at social media, I have examine the online learning gathering or

institute through which I have improve my skills from long distance with the use of the
technology (Cottrell, 2020).
Through these online workshops and learning I have acquire a lot of skills to enhance my
development towards productivity. These skills have add on skills in my CV which has
supported me to enhance my own knowledge in effective manner. During the time of Covid I
was very curious to lean more and more skills in affirmative manner to advance my cognition.
They have also supported me to enhance my portfolio with CV that has provide me confidence
encounter in different stream to interpret my own capabilities and interest at which I am
impactful at. I have acknowledge communication skills, management skills and creative
approaches which will supportive me to satisfy my client needs in more optimistic manner. And
it will also help me to motive my team members while providing them realistic working
approaches in creative manner to reduce their feeling of overburden. These skills will support me
to encounter my responsibility in more attractive manner (Mason, 2019).

report. These skills have important role in every student professional and personal growth as it
will support them to acknowledge their designate goals and to built the social relationship with
others in optimistic manner. Report recount about the four resources from the given report which

During the student academic development there is wide range of skills which hare
considered essential for their progress. These skills are considered as efficient for every student
as they will support them for their development towards the career opportunities. These skills
will support the student to enhance their capability in affirmative manner to enhance their
decision making power. These skills will support the student to improve their performance and
communication in quality rich manner (Sarkar and et. al., 2020).Some of the essential skills
which are required by the student for their career development are:
 Problem solving skills: They are symbolise as the individuals ability to identify their
problems while providing them accurate solution while implementing them in affirmative
manner (Medeiros, Ramalho and Falcão, 2018). They are the skills require by the
individuals to overcome the forthcoming obstacle in favourable manner. While having it,
student will easily able to overlook the root of the problem in approachable manner. They

achieving the desired task in more reflective manner. They are symbolise as the student
crucial approaches which will support them to perform their designated actions in more
affirmative manner. Other than the professional benefit, it will support the student in
