This entire report focuses on self-reflection. In this report all the skills which has been
earned is mentioned. apart from this study goals have been explained in this report. besides this,
learning goals also have been described here (Amin, 2019). Apart from this, al the strategies to
increase learning and language skills have been elaborated here.
PART A
3 rd. slide Learning journey
At present I have learned many skill, but foremost I have learnt stress management skills
which is very necessary as a student. to get this skill I worked on my daily routine, I did various
exercise and took good nutrition. apart from this I started making new notes for me and also
started using library so that I can reduce my stress of study. besides this I have worked on my
time management skills as well. I have given priorities to all my work so that I could manage my
time and also I could have completed my task on given time frame. I am focusing on my
leadership skills as well although I am good in this skill but I need to improve more so that I can
encourage others so that they will also focuses on their individual goals.
3 rd. slide Learning type
VARK learning styles states about different type of learning such as Visual, auditory,
reading/writing and Kinaesthetic (Epurescu, 2019). But I am a visual learner, where I totally rely
on graphs and different learning materials because I feel that, I can learn more new things from
different study materials, as I have variety of choices available so that I can grab more
knowledge which will help me in the near future.
4th slide Part B
My study goals are to make time so that I can read new things which will help me to get good
grades in my academics. besides this I will try to make good study habits so that I can read all
the things which has been taught me in the class room. apart from this, I will focus to create my
own note so that this will help me to prepare for the examination. To get good grades in my
academics is my first and foremost goals therefor I will work on style of writing so that I can
write effectively in the examination. As I am a pessimistic and peaceful person so I want to use
this quality of mine to do hard work and get good growth in my upcoming career.
My learning goal is to improve my team work skills so that in future if I get any chance
to work in a team so I can perform well there. on the other hand, if I get any opportunity in my

academics there also I can perform well, and share my opinions and thoughts. besides this, my
long term goal is to increase problem solving skills so that I can easily handle any difficult
situation and accept new challenges (Rashid and et.al 2020). I will also want to work so that I
can stay organized. For that I need to work on my daily schedule and also on making proper
routine. as I am good at IT skills but I want to improve more so that I can get expertise in my
work. As I am an effective speaker so I want to utilize this skill so that I can improve my overall
learning skill.
5th slide part C
My strategies for developing language skill is that I will get more indulged in speaking
that particular language. For instance, if I want to learn English language then I will try to
communicate in English only so that I can improve (Blaschke, 2018). Apart from this I will read
all the books and novels in English only so that I will learn more new words and phrases. I will
use vocabulary book so that I can get familiar with different words easily. Along with this I will
start reading newspaper in that particular language so that I can understand all the sentences and
new, and I will implement that in my day to day life. however, I will try to talk in the new
language on a topic so that I can find out my mistakes and errors as well.
Academic skills are also important and I will try to learn them also. For academic skills I
will focus on the critical skills as well so that I can think effectively on any given topic and
situation (Viberg and et.al 2020). However, I will focus on my feedbacks as well. Whatever
feedback I will receive from my batch mates and teachers I would love to implement them in my
routine. So that my academic skills can be improved. Another strategy will be making plans
about writing all the given assignments and projects so that at the time of examination I do not
have to face any kind of difficulty. on the other hand, I will also emphasis on revising all the
notes and study material which is helpful for me to get good grades in the exam.
