Introduction
Study skills is a technique and process of taking new information and then retain it. So it
also includes active listening, reading, note taking, time management, test taking and learn on
base of few topics that it is called skills of study that provide much information to students. It
also means that skills of effective and efficient study about to topic of study through lots of
theoretical and practical information (Gormley, 2018). Through these skills students also
increase their awareness about study as well as confidence. So this skill is important for all
people of every field because all has to study related to their field. This report will be cover that
literature review and it purposes. It also covers that corporate social responsibility.

1. Literature review and it purposes.
Literature review is research on particular subject that through helps of different articles,
books and other sources that helps in collect information for do research. In this researcher study
through theoretical as well as practical. So literature review is a collection of secondary
information and data. So it is systematic research of information. So researcher do literature
review through two types first is meta analysis and second is traditional literature review.
Systematic review is a well research that contain systematic and step by step process that
helps in collect data for studies for get result. Through systematic type of literature review that it
identify and appraise data and also get answer of all questions in systematic manner. In this
review all things is pre determined for related to literature review like time for selection of
source, method for evaluation and it also helps in provide real data related for study. In meta
analysis of literature review that helps in get information in statistical form. It means that it

provide statistical data and it also helps in collection of large number of data (Machi and
McEvoy, 2016).
Literature review is complete through follow of five steps. So following steps follow by
researcher.
In first step it determines purpose because first it has to choice topic of research. Without
topic researcher cannot choice literature and for choose of topic so it has to determine their
purpose for research. Then it has to search literature according to their topic so for search of
literature it reviews newspapers, magazines, print books etc. after that it manage sources and in
this process it manages all collection of source in electronic form and it is major challenge for
researcher due to literature review. Then it analyses source it means that after manage that it
evaluate good source for take data for write and then last step is written the review and it writes
structure like introduction, body and conclusion of their review (Govindan, 2015).
Purpose of literature review :- literature review is does by researcher for take data and
information about particular topic and area. So researcher review of news proper and magazines
for review and collect information. So it main purpose is take knowledge and idea about chosen
topic that use for prevent copy and duplication of written material in other books and journals.
Literature review also provide overview, ideas and theories of readers and provide knowledge
because it is published with the latest information and data. It also has purpose of provide more
information for research project. So through this researcher's knowledge also increase and it
provides more information about their chosen topic.
2. Corporate social responsibility.
According to Hopkins, 2017 that Corporate social responsibility is a business model that
helps in save environment and provide protection to society and corporate. So for organization it
is very important because through this model organization easily get their target. Organization
has to follow this model because they are responsible for corporate and socially. So they have to
keep all thing in their mind that impact to society and all surrounded environment during
produce products and manufacture. So CSR also helpful in establish strong relationship between
employers and employees of organization. So through this they maintain their profit and
performance and they also manage social responsibility. Organization follows this model and
deal with sustainability and ethically.
Importance of CSR.

According to Saxton, 2016Corporate social responsibility is very important for improve
and develop public image. Because if organization follow this model so it brands image is
become popular in market. Through this organization care about society and corporations and it
increases consumer demand with organization. Government do mandate to follow CSR to all
organizations. So it has to provide all information with their product like price, quantity,
ingredients and date. All this information is helps to consumer for know about all details of
product and it also helps in knows that organization follow CSR or not.
It also helps in increase brand awareness among people of society because if organization
follow corporate social responsibility so it ethically deals of their product and services with
customers and peoples so it consumers spread news in all over and it helps in increase awareness
about brand and products. So more people purchase product and it also increases profitability of
organization.
CSR is also a important for save cost of organization because through this model it cares
about environment and socially so that it do not pack their product with unhygienic material and
it has to pack material with less product so it also consumes less cost. So consumers buy more
product from them because all people want to care about their health and use hygienic product.
So it very important.
It is very important for provide benefit to employees because if CSR follow by
organization so employees works well done and with their full efforts. Because all employees
want to work at their workplace with full safety and in positive environment. So they increase
their personal and professional growth and all these things helps in increasing productivity and
profitability in organization.
CSR is deal in sustainability of environment that means through organization much
pollution create and it affects to people of society so through follow of this organization produce
product without chemical. It more use of natural resources in production so it focuses on save
resources for future and produce more product and quality product from less resources.
Role of corporate social responsibility.
According to Öberseder, Schlegelmilch and Gruber, 2017 CSR has role of make long
term financial success because if organization not follow this model so it uses more resources for
make more profit in organization. So this thing only use for make short term financial success. If

organization follow CSR so it uses less natural resources and profit invest in other place for get
good and well return. Through this it saves resources for future. So it plays major role.
It also plays vital role in make positive environment in society. So people of society feel
well and it also has to donate money to non profit organization that helps in welfare of people of
society. All organization donate money and give charity to different types of institution that
engage in public welfare. This thing helps in increase reputation of organization in market and
people attract from it. So this role of CSR is very effectively work.
CSR provide equality in society top all people that and prevent discrimination because it
rules and policies is very powerful that it focus on motivate to girls for to provide equality in
society. Through this organization also treat with equally to all people and employees of
organization. It also helps in improve and develop foreign trade in global level because CSR
focus on fair, honesty and legal trade and deal that helps in increase organizational profitability.
According to Kolk, 2016 Corporate social responsibility attract investors in organization
because investors invest their capital and they also evaluate that contribution in society welfare,
caring of environment and reputation of brand so all these factor provide satisfaction to
investors. Then they invest their money and capital is very important for all organization in
expand business, improve and establish technologies.
Through this organization gain more popularity because for success of organization
people is very much important so if it follows this model that helps in decrease poverty. So its
role that it responsible for social work and organization has to follow this model so that they
provide donation to institutions who work welfare related and provide services and product at
free of cost.
Issue of corporate social responsibility.
CSR is a model that make by government for provide protection to society but it also has
many issues that organization has to work according to that. It creates problem because
government and political party change their rule very frequently so organization also has to
follow and change their policies.
Due to CSR demand increase and stakeholders demand large quantity of product like
customers, shareholders, investors etc so organization has to hire more employees for increase
their production for supply of product according to demand of stakeholders and satisfied all
needs. Company focus on improve working condition of organization. Organization use CSR so

it increases demand of great disclosure of product that means customers want that manufacturing
company provide all information about product like price, date and everything so it has to face
difficulties. It is demanded by all stakeholders.
If organization follow CSR so it has to face many types of issues and so it delayed in
adopt this model. Because unfair treatment is also a very big issue in workplace. In companies
superiors and management do not treat fairly with all employees and discriminate according to
color, caste, gender and age so it is very big issue create in organization. Employees has not
knowledge about health and safety so it also creates issue. Injury create and increase at
workplace. Training do not provide by organization to new and existing employees that it also
create problem and quality product not produce so CSR create issue through all these things.
According to Marano and Kostova, 2016 Corruption and bribes are also a issue of CSR
because due to increase corruption in society and country it can not growth. Because corruption
is very aggressively increase. If Organization give donation for social welfare so government and
people of political party take all donation and use it so that CSR not work in society effectively.
People have some basic rights that necessary for them and it is helps in increase effect of CSR
but rights are not present properly because people of society has not their basic rights like
freedom, education etc and this all things create issue and not to work it.
Lack of Governance also major issue in CSR because effective government is very
important for manage all things that occur in society and whole country. It makes rules and
policies for provide protection to people. If it is not present in effective manner so people this
model not work properly and it also creates issue. So governance is important in effective
manner in organization as well as society and country.
Conclusion
From above study it has been summarized that literature review is important for research
of any field because researcher collect information and material for study in particular field. It is
does by researcher for modify old information and convert into new version according to change
situation. It also covered that corporate social responsibilities is very important for organization
and welfare of people. It main purpose is collect donation for poor and disable peoples. It also
has purpose of safety to employees at workplace and reduce risk and injury. So through this
organization get many benefits.
