 Getting the experience of online mode: There are different options which are into the
good form for getting the experience on the basis of online that include remote work
experience and internships at virtual level. There are different universities and employers
who runs the schemes and also requires to search for those into proper manner (Cottrell.,
2019). They have to be competitive into context of nature but they have been paid on the
usual basis and also being paid for real projects working. There can be different

 Connection with peers: At the time of lockdown, there are networks of career that have

of my time where I have learnt different kind of skills and also prepare the list what could be
done in this free period of time. In accordance with my own experience, I have different options
and out of them I have decided to work into result-oriented form(Carey and Stefaniak., 2018).
These options can be experience of online basis, skill audit, connection with peers, focus on
skills over setting and making the own experience. I am happy with the CV because I have learnt
lots of things and also gained the experience on the basis of online (Hedin and Kann., 2019).
This experience and skills will add importance into my CV and this will increase the importance
of it into a job market of open nature. When the significance of CV has been reached to a next
higher level then there will be higher chances of getting the opportunities of job into positive
manner. With the changing period of time, organisation also want that candidate should have
certain kind of knowledge and skill so that they can stand strongly into the market with the
perspective of long-term nature. These are key reasons due to which I am feeling happy and
satisfied from the CV.

and organisational point of view. It has been concluded that at the time of lock down, people
have tried to made best use of their time and also try to develop different kind of skills as well. It
has been determined that there are different kinds of reasons due to which people feel happy and

during the time period of lock down. The use of time into constructive terms supports the
individual to grow themselves into positive terms. So, for making the best use of time it is very
necessary that to learn something and apply it into real life into result-oriented terms.
