type of skill that needs to be set and it can be begin by reviewing the jobs
advertisement(Bager-Elsborg and Herrmann., 2019).It is important to note that which
skills the individual has along with the examples of when it has been used. After that it is
necessary to list those skills that needs to be worked on and also use to steer the efforts
instead.
Getting the experience of online mode: There are different options which are into the
good form for getting the experience on the basis of online that include remote work
experience and internships at virtual level. There are different universities and employers
who runs the schemes and also requires to search for those into proper manner (Cottrell.,

the knowledge of industry, it is very necessary to have chat forums and virtual coffee
breaks as well. Peers’ conversation leads towards the opportunities of training and work
experience as well (Tseng and et.al., 2019). It is very necessary to follow on social media
or ask on the basis of online for seeing what is available in the field.
Making the own experience: With reference to Broomley, with support of promotion
factor, there is one marketing student who helps the small business (Cottrell., 2020). The
students have also learned about the job market and was also able to communicate with
the employers about in which manner she had cooperate with the clients. It has been
observed that job can't be always advertised but certain applications of speculative nature
take a bit of luck for getting a foot in the door. If the individual has side business, then it
is necessary to tell the employer what has been learnt from it. The value is not more
about the profits but it’s all about the experience which the individual gets from trying.
Describe about the personal experience regarding are you happy with CV or not and along the
reason for it
With reference to the experience at personal level, I am happy with the CV because there are
certain reasons which are along with it. At the time period of lockdown, I have made the best use
of my time where I have learnt different kind of skills and also prepare the list what could be
done in this free period of time. In accordance with my own experience, I have different options
and out of them I have decided to work into result-oriented form(Carey and Stefaniak., 2018).
These options can be experience of online basis, skill audit, connection with peers, focus on
skills over setting and making the own experience. I am happy with the CV because I have learnt
lots of things and also gained the experience on the basis of online (Hedin and Kann., 2019).
This experience and skills will add importance into my CV and this will increase the importance
of it into a job market of open nature. When the significance of CV has been reached to a next
higher level then there will be higher chances of getting the opportunities of job into positive
manner. With the changing period of time, organisation also want that candidate should have
certain kind of knowledge and skill so that they can stand strongly into the market with the
perspective of long-term nature. These are key reasons due to which I am feeling happy and
satisfied from the CV.
