to market the products and services of the company is further increasing the level of

change the opinion of the customers and they can switch the choices and can add to the

the company as in the majority of the situations it is being observed that the social media has
contributed positively in the growth of the market share by converting the customers.
To a high extent it can be referred that the various sites like the Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram, YouTube etc. are the significant contributors to the generation of brand awareness
through the aggressive marketing strategy that is being applied by the marketing team in the
company and the specialized staff working as the technological experts. One of the major
benefits are that the use of the social media has facilitated better communication and bridged
the gap between the buyers and sellers in the business. This is because the products and
services of the company are easily accessible, all the information is readily available and the

helps in achieving the higher level of the customer satisfaction and further developing their
