TASK
1. Identify where you are
I am a student of University and doing my graduations. I want to achieve good goals in my
graduation so that I can get a quick employment and I want it to work in the top organizations of
the country and for that I need to develop a lot of skills which I know about and where I’m
lacking. I have done my all presentations and project of the graduations and I’m working in
developing some of the skills which can help me in achieving my employment and better future
which can help me in living better in the future. I have a lot of skills in me but as well as I am
lacking in a lot of skills which I need to develop. I need to improve my English as this is one of
my weakness an I am lack in the communications which I need to develop so that I can get a
better employment and can work in teamwork to have a good communication. This is my final
semester of the graduations and am looking for a lot of skills to be developed in me which can
help me in personal development and professional development in my near future and it can help
me in getting employed faster and also provide me a good employment which can help me in the
future for a better future experience.
2. Identify your study skills and learning goals
I have a lot of skills which can help me in achieving my objectives and goals and it can also help
me in representing myself in a lot of presentations and the scenario where I need to present
myself in different places from the graduation and from the University. It is important for me to
have good skills and I have a lot of skills which can help me in making myself present in front of
different people. I am one of supportive person and I always stay cheerful and positive while
doing every work which is given to me and assigned to me and I am a person who is always
motivated and also motivates others to improve the performance of the work and it helped me in
increasing the objectives. I am a flexible person and I love to be flexible so that I get to adjust in
different situation handle flexible shift and conditions in which I need to work hard. I am a good
learner and I am serious person with a lot of ambitions toward my future and it is one of my
study skills and I always admire learnings new things so that I can get more learnings and it can
help me in my near future to get a good employment and have better future which implemented
in personal and professional development of me (Kirk, 2017). Bing ambition is always helpful
for me and it also helped me in understanding the situation and importance of things which need
to be focused while doing things.

3. Identify clear strategies for how you will achieve your goals
There are a lot of skills which I need to develop it includes improving my communication skills
and improving my English so that I can communicate more to the people and it is important for
me to have a good communication and I want to learn these skills and for that I have different
strategies and I have adopted different tutor an online classis which helped me in increasing my
communication skills. It is one of my priorities to improve my communication and team working
skills because I know that it is important to have good communications and a team working skills
to represent oneself at different situation and while in the professional life it is important to have
teamwork skill and communication skills so that I can make other understand about what I
wanted to say and how is the situations can be understood and related to the teamwork it is
important to work in team situations so that you get to know about how different people
approaches things in different ways (Cheng and Chan, 2019). I also lack due to my confidence
because I’m a person with uh nervous issues and I get easily nervous and for that I have taken a
lot of personal development plans intuitions and my family and friend help me in improving my
nervous issues which is getting eliminated from miniate is improving good in me which is
helping me and improving my personal self-confidence and I am changing this in achieving my
overall personal and professional goals which I wanted to achieve.
