The report aims to analyse the importance of study skills and how it can be achieving
through boosting own experience. In today’s time, work experience matters a lot which
develop own CV (Cottrell, 2020). It represents the individual skills, attributes, personality
and behaviour towards working. This shows that, there is requirement of enhancing self-skills
to be competitive and ready to serve the workplace best of own efforts. Hence, the report will
present own experience with CV and how it could be creating in better ways.

Study skills is being an important part for every individual who wants to build a
successful career. It reflects that, there is requirement of effective practice in order to promote
better understanding about the CV. There Is requirement of implementing good suggestion
that will helps in boosting CV. Hence, in order to maintain a competitive curriculum Vitae
which will add good behaviour and attributes within me. With the help of skills audit, an
individual will look for the skills gap through giving own self ratings. It will describe which
skills is the most performed by an individual and which still require improvements. The
highest ranked skills should be mention in the CV to keep it relevant and authenticated. A
person should look at different job advert to identify most demanding skills in the job market
(Hedin, and Kann, 2019). Then, start looking at own skills which can meet with the job
requirements. Getting online experience would help in promoting better environment which
lead to promote better environment for learning and developing new skills. The universities
provide many training and online courses which will add employability skills within an
individual. they should analyse it first and then take the whole experience. By doing so, it is
crucial to promote understanding regarding what task and activities are required in the current
job market that can only be analysed through taking internships, online sessions which
demonstrate real activities and tasks performing in the necessary areas. Therefore, it is better
to analyse the working activities within the group areas. it will give rise to professional skills
that leads to enhance capabilities and performance. Therefore, these attributes will reflect in
own CV that shows competitive factor. The students who learns and take classes virtually get
many benefits of this factor. Giving online experience is easy and less time taking to boost
own skills set. Hence, it is crucial to emphasize on the taking free sessions through

universities as well as company websites. Many company give trainings to tech the students
to make them prepare for future job roles. The another crucial suggestion is that connecting
with peers also helps in boosting skills and competiveness of CV (Sera, and McPherson,
2019). It is necessary to meet with new people and learn something new with them. Through
online interactions and friendships will tells a person about individual trends and knowledge.
It becomes the best way for career development in the period of lockdown to interact with
people and learn from them what they do differently. It helps in analysing market conditions
and what trends are going in the employment era. It has shown that, connecting with peers
have many benefits for an individual to secure good growth and pool of new knowledge in
the market. Another necessary recommendation is that, make own experience work for
developing the CV. An individual will reflect their own skills which they have took through
engaging in an experience. It is the best way to add relevant skills on which they are sure
about. The best an individual can do is to include those skills which are currently present at
the time of CV. Own experience is important as the recruiters mainly give preference to an
experience candidate rather than the degree holder (Duraku, and Hoxha, 2020). The current
era is all about undertaking skills rather than just holding the degrees. Working experience
matter a lot in undertaking the experience through promoting better behaviour for assuring
good development in career opportunity.

in order to promote better understanding regarding self-skills and development. I am happy
with my CV as I have certain abilities due to my past experience (Freiberg-Hoffmann, and
Romero-Medina, 2019). there are my hobbies, personal interest and experiences which I have
mentioned with the evidences and proof. Some of my skills which I am proud of is
communication, time management interactive and analytical. All these skills are required
within the retail industry as my career aim is to become operations manager. Hence, these
skills are importance for me to get my desired job role. It will create necessary impact on the
work performance of myself and feel self-confident while applying for a job interview
(Galegane, 2018). The things which I do not like in my CV is that it does not have much
experience of the organisations which looks like unimpressive. I need to be very well aware
about the importance of experiences on the job role that makes closer chances to get the job.
