Citation and references are two important part of document. There are different aspects
which has to taken care while writing article. There are different writer which give their views to
write any article.
References are part of file which is done at last and it is important to show these because
there are authentication factor (Beauchamp and Anderson, 2010). These references are taken
from book or journals as per topic.
Citation is part of references, so it is essential to show citation in file. There are different
factors which gives positive impact on document. Citation shows that this sentences is said by
particular author or this is taken from respective book.
Task 3. Paraphrasing task (150 words)
Paraphrasing task means to rephrase document from different sources. Through
paraphrasing I can make understand same meaning of particular data but with different language.
It is important to form particular set of instructions while paraphrasing article. I keep many
factors related to paraphrasing in mind such as grammar, active passive voice, etc. while I use
this technique I emphasis that my article is clear and give proper knowledge about subject
(Çalışkan and Callon, 2010). We can use synonymous in paraphrasing but it is essential it gives
proper knowledge about change in relevance of sentences. It is essential there must not be
repetition of words. There are different factors which affect paraphrase, so it is necessary to
analyses them and then apply this technique. There is use of proper English which helps in
portrait meaning of document in more better way. This technique is good as it helps in using
knowledge but in changed format.
Task 5: Academic Style task (100 words)
This is one of the best style which is used when I have good knowledge about some topic.
There are possibilities of conflict among people, so I must know complete about document, then
it helps in convincing other person (Donkor, 2010). There are some benchmarks which has to be
follow, it is possible that writer may not use it, then this can create confusion. Literary Analysis,
research paper, dissertation are some articles in which this style can be used. I prefer to use this
guide in PhD. Thesis so it helps in knowing facts more clearly to reader.

factors which has to taken care while writing documents. I use this style with due care that matter
is related to subject and authenticate (Ericsson and Karlsson, 2014). I use by own will as well as
different sources which is helpful in getting to know what has to be done to achieve pass factor
from reader. There must be proper use of authentic resources so there will not be chances of
conflict.
Explanatory synthesis- I use this style when there is discussion about some topic which is
genuine. So I also give general views for it. This is beneficial for telling what affects general
aspects of person.
Argument synthesis- This style is used when I make clear about topic. This style gives
particular mine when and it is perception that reader will also think like us (Florin and et. al.,
2012). There are chances of discussion on subject, as this style use particular style of working.
Task 8: Source Evaluation task (200 words)
There are different task which has to be performed by writer to complete task on time,
there are possibilities that due to change in topic it is essential to change source also. There are
m,any sources which can be used to compile document and hence it is essential to evaluate them.
Evaluation of sources is not easy and it is essential to evaluate them, so it can be finalized to used
them in future or not. There is differences in perception of writer so this evaluation helps in

essential that while writing an article it is important to evaluate sources data is collected. There
are possibilities that due to change in perception reader is not able to contact what is involved in
file. So it is essential to explains aspects proper. There is change in study level of individual so
while I use various techniques from sources then I explain every points clearly so it makes
document reader friendly.
