INTRODUCTION
Skill study is one of the key area for any of the students as it allows to understand about
the ability and talent of student to perform any of the activity. In today's worlds skilful learning
plays the crucial roles because it directly or indirectly enhances the overall performance which
can be effective in future course of time. In context of the file, there are number of topics which
will be discussed and those are connected within the major challenges that student have to face
during the course of pursuing higher education. The file will not be limited up to the scope but
appropriate suggestion will be given to them which will allow them to uplift the standard. Also,
authors points of view will play important role within the whole discussion.
LITERATURE REVIEW
According to “Kevin M. Guthrie, 2019”, this days students have to perform number of
duties and it becomes essential that all of those duties must be completed on specific time period.
There are number of work which they have to do on regular basis but managing the time of every
activity becomes the most difficult task. It is essential to manage time in any of the work because
if they will not be able to do so then giving competition to other can become one of the most
challenging situation. The problem for student do not stops here as there are number of other
things which are some of the challenging situation for students. For example: there are number of
university where students want to take admission for further education but fees and other
expenses are very high which cannot be afforded by every students.
As per the view of “Chan YuenFook, 2015”, It is fact that students have to face number
of challenging situation while having the higher eduction. But, there are number of circumstance
where those situation has been created by students themselves. It is the students who likes to
study in expensive colleges which has changes the pattern of cost structure. Bullying is the most
difficult challenge which student faces this days. Students are themselves who have started this
culture and which is creating various challenges for them.
ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION
1. Identify and evaluate some of the main challenges that students experience when they start
university.
In present, the life of students are full of drama where they conducts number of activities
which makes their learning easy and interesting. It will be important for every student to focus

more towards their studies and career. If they will be able to do so then chances of errors and
difficulties will decrease automatically. The students life is not limited up to this much but they
are also required to focus towards challenges which they has to face during higher education.
Some of the major challenges that student has to face during higher education are discussed
below:
 Variable Student Fees: It will be necessary for any of the students to understand that
learning something new is very important but the fees structure which has prepared by
colleges are creating issues. There are number of students who are not able to study as
per there willingness because lots of problems relating managing the funds doesn't allow
them to do so. Number of actions had been taken by students by the response from the
sides of university are never on a positive side.
 Time Management: It is required to understand that time management plays the most
important role in students career. But, it is among one of the difficult situation for them
who they has to overcome in any of the circumstance. There are number of responsibility
which they are needed to fulfil which directly or indirectly develop the challenging
situation (7 Common Problems Students Face During University Life, 2019).
 Housing Problem: It is essential for any of the students to find accommodation but it is
one of the challenging things for them. It is been found that living within the hostel is
possible but on the same time it is quite difficult to stay as independent. The rent and
other expenses are very high which is not easy for every student to pay.
 Number of Distraction: The student life is one of the most difficult life where they are
required to face number of problem. It is essential for any of the student to concentrate on
their studies because if they fails to do so then it will automatically impact on overall
performance. The distraction can be of different types such as involving in the activity of
drugs, drinking and many more.
 Racism: It is also one one of the major problem which student generally faces since
longer period of time. It is among those problem which create number of other issues for
student. Also, it does effect students capabilities of concentration towards there studies
(Thompson, 2017). In short, it can be said that there are number of students where they
are being discriminated on the basis of colour, sex, religions and many more.

 Depression: The present world has number of responsibility which they are needed to
complete on respective time period. Talking about students, they have to manage number
of work on daily basis which develop pressure on them (Cottrell, 2019). The
development of pressure leads them towards depression which doesn't allow them to
accomplish the target.
Theses are some of the major challenges which any of the student has to while file
pursuing higher eduction. The challenges are not limited up to here but they have to deal with
number of other factors as well. It will be necessary for them to find out the appropriate solution
so that effective result can be accomplished.
2. Provide recommendations that could help students to overcome these challenges.
In present situation, there are number of challenges that students have to deal on regular
basis but they have the opportunity to find out the ways so that overall impact can be result. If it
can be done that chances of obtaining the desire result will automatically increase. Some of the
ways to deal with respective situation are:
 There are number of occasion where student have to face racism within the premisses of
organisation and in that respective situation they must inform about the behaviour which
they are facing. It has been found that in number of occasion students do not like to
concern with their teacher which increases the problem.
 Secondly, whenever any of the student is not able to tackle the situation just because of
depression then in that respective circumstance they can attain seminars which will
reduce burden and it will provide the way to deal with problems (9 Ways to Overcome
Challenges in School, 2018).
 Variable fee structure is one of the common problem that student has to face and it will
be necessary for student to find the college or university that is able to deliver the
education which student themselves required. It will simply allow them to reduce
unnecessary expenses (Gormley and et. al., 2018).
 The problem related to time management is among difficult problem which student faces
in their student life and to deal with this situation they must prepare rules and chart which
can allow them to decide when should any of the action should be taken.

 Proper rent agreement should be prepared by students where included clause should be
followed which can allow them to resolve the problem related to housing (Kyte and et.
al., 2017).
These are some of the major way through which any of the problem which student faces
can be solved easily. It will also allow them to decrease the overall effect of the challenges which
creates problem for students.
CONCLUSION
From the above file, it is concluded that in any of the students has to face number of
challenges within there student life. It is necessary for them to deal with those problems so that
any of the problem can be solved out in best possible manner. The impact of challenges have
direct or indirect effect on the future of students. But, by preparing proper charts related to time
table can be the effective way to deal with challenges.
