INTRODUCTION
Reading and understanding the information or data along with improving the quality of project
by making it more accurate or informative or qualitative is very essential by an individual as well
as writer. This project will describe about the various strategies regarding the improvement in the
quality of project as well as the strategies by which the reading ability of the information or data
can be improved.
ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION OF QUESTIONS
Strategies to improve reading abilities
There are various strategies or techniques which helps in developing the reading habit among the
individual out of them some are:
Scanning:
It is the best practice or strategy which is used to improve the reading habit. This
technique is very much helpful in case of shortage of time which means under this technique a
large proportion of data can be read upon which the specific conclusion in the form of specific
statements can be made which entirely describe the whole meaning of the read text. Like the
name itself deriving its meaning that the whole data or information under this method is scanned
and then the results are drawn or statements are made accordingly explaining the entire meaning
of the scanned data or information (Guaitara Vera and Suárez Vélez, 2017). This the best mode
or technique by which the habit of reading can be developed and analysis habit can be developed
because this technique not only help in just reading the information but also focus on drawing the
conclusion regarding that data which means create understanding about that data.
Skimming
Skimming is among the strategic choices that can support the individual to get knowledge
and information while reading. This is about to identify the relevant information while conduct
the reading. Under this strategy reader read quickly the entire text to understand the significance
of the study. This is about to make a quick eye over the text or reading. Quick reading make
reader aware in respect to the entire information which it allows reading. This is the time saving
way to get a stretched brief in respect top the topic, what are the fundamentals that are a part of
the reading and other such factors (Al Asmari and Javid, 2018). IT helps in identifying relevant

and necessary information as a reader. This strategy is a helpful tool when reading is in bulk and
reader need to get a clear eye over the text that is supported to read. IT is supporting way or
approach to read as this usage as a peripheral vision for the reading. This strategy also do not
give the same value to each and every sentence written in text. This strategy is about to highlight
the main topics involve in reading and clearly understand the meaning of all such topics that
carry a significant meaning in respect to the entire study. This strategy save time of reader along
with it deliver the best level of learning objectives to reader. This strategy is effective as it allows
the reader to get the clear idea about what it supposed to read in the document and also it makes
the reader more aware in respect to the quality of information reader is supposed to get from the
text document or the information source. All these can be projected as the best way to collect and
identify the information as a reader. This is a quality approach to collect information and also to
improve the knowledge as a reader.
Preparing the environment
As a reader it is important to prepare the suitable environment so that reader can get the
clear information about the topic. This is about to prepare the environment that can suitable
support the reader in collecting the information in the best way possible. This strategy is about to
put the reader in the right direction so that quality information can be collected by the reader.
This strategy also engaged brand of a human being over a continuous basis. It always keeps the
brain or mind busy of the readers which further improve the overall learning outcomes of an
individual. This strategy also guide the reader in such a way that it emphasis over improving the
level of concentration as a reader while attending the study (Wibowo, Syafrizal and Syafryadin,
2020). Different citation are also involved in reading under strategic tool such as predicting
content, reading for gist, signposting language and other such approaches that further improve
the overall learning outcomes as a reader. The aim of this strategy is to get the clear information
over the topic and to retrench the usefulness information as a reader.

There are various means by which the quality of project can be improved by which it make more
interesting as well as knowledgeable. Out of them some means are:

Feedback or review are those important element which make the project more
informative as well as improve the quality of the project. It is an obvious phenomenon that writer
of the project always thinks or change the positive meaning or impact of feedback into negative
meaning which not affects the quality of the project but it leads to the decrease in the quality or
output of the project. Thus, feedback should always be taken in positive manner so that the
overall quality as well as the writing capacity of the project will be improvised. In short, it would
be right to say that if the writer of the project wants to improve the quality or efficiency of the
project then he always has to be open towards taking the feedback as well as listen the feedbacks
or reviews so that changes will be made accordingly and the quality of project will be more
improvised (Maslovat and Franks, 2019). Feedback also act as a good medium for the writer of
the project to self analyse his report and if there is occurrence of any error or mistake in the
report then he can rectify his mistake so that his project would be error free as well as qualitative
in nature. Feedback also helps the writer to more improvise his level of knowledge which means
by receiving the feedback and by inculcating them in his report the quality of the project will be
improved apart from being informative.
Critical thinking:
This technique would be considered as a bundle of bunch in which everything will be
evaluated, assessed as well as corrected to make it more accurate and ready to use. Critical
thinking includes various steps by which the quality of the project will be improved as well as
make the project more informative. Under critical analysis the whole project will be made or
convert into the framework of concept or main meaning which project wants to deliver, after that
various steps will be applied to make it more conceptualized. After applying the steps, it will be
analysed and changes will be made accordingly so that the final quality of the project would
become superior (Riwayatiningsih, 2019). By adopting the critical analytical thinking technique,
the judgement or deriving the main concept or meaning of the project would become very easy
which makes the project even more lubricative. Critical thinking helps the writer of the project to
cover all the angles of the project, which makes it more bias free and equal importance is
abstracted from the project. Through critical thinking, arguments are soughed as we reach to
more proper and basic communication which leads to talk about only on the important matters
of the project.

the project can analyse the whole project, in terms of analysing and correcting the grammatical
errors, or remove the formatting issues by which the project can be made more accurate and
precise apart from being informative. This step gives the final touch to the project by making it
absolutely to the point. This, technique also help in removing the punctuation error from the
project (Selden, Selden and Benkhalti, 2018). This, step also includes the restructuring of the
concept or content where ever it is required. In short this step would be considered as an editing
process by which the required editing regarding the correction of error or making of more
informative with full accuracy can be done.
Recommendations:
From the above study it would be recommended that by adopting the technique of meditation,
concentration and many other the quality of reading and understanding can be improved.
Similarly, by deep learning, analysing and many more the quality of the project will be
improvised.
CONCLUSION
From the above project it is concluded that by adopting the various strategies or methods
regarding the reading and writing, more excellence can be easily achieved in the stream of
reading as well as quality improvement regarding the projects. Also, these methods or strategies
not only helps in getting the excellence and command over reading and writing but it also overall
improve the quality of material of the project along with developing understanding.
